Have had a few too many bad experiences with this clinic. The most recent where the booking form was ignored, my requests were ignored and the clinician did what he wanted. After making me wait an hour and two people going before me. One obviously a friend as they came in through the back door. No effort was made by the clinic to resolve the issue - apart from double booking me with the same person who I refused to let near my face again after repeated mistakes. And upsetting another person who was booked in at the same time. Reviews aren’t done either as they aren’t in the country to do them. I now have to spend months resolving the issues that should never have happened. Patient care is no longer a priority. I am also fed up of being insulted by the clinician and leaving feeling and looking worse than when I arrived, after travelling an hour there and back! There is also a £200 difference depending on which clinician you get. Which is ridiculous as it is exactly the same procedure and product. Actually when paying extra the service isn’t always better!!they are removing and reporting reviews also which shows the calibre of this clinic. Show less »

From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Amar took the time to listen to my concerns and desires, and explained the procedure in detail to ensure I understood everything.

The procedure itself was efficient, comfortable and painless, and the results are a exactly what I had hoped for! My lips are naturally very thin and unsymmetrical, now my lips look full, plump and symmetrical, just as I had hoped for!
