Every time I visit I am made to feel welcome and most of all they care. I have had Botox, Fillers and various facial treatments with follow up appointments each time. They are thorough and professional and give the correct advice, if the treatment you request as I did is not suitable for you they will tell you and explain why. I cannot recommend them enough... I had an Obagi chemical peel at Aeternum Aesthetics in Ashby, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The clinic is immaculately clean with a true luxury feel, and everything about the treatment was clearly results-driven.

Sarah was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. My skin already looks brighter, smoother, and more refined, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results.

I've now had 2 lots of treatment with kara and both have been pleasant experiences. She is very professional and caring, I feel very relaxed around her which is good considering I'm not a fan of needles

I’ve had a great experience with Sarah. She does an excellent job and always takes the time to explain things clearly. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in her work. At the same time, she’s friendly and approachable, which makes visits comfortable and easy.

Sarah was really welcoming and knowledgeable. I was nervous before the appointment but she put me at ease straight away and explained everything so clearly so I knew exactly what to expect.
