Dr Shina is such a kind, loving soul. Not only is she extremely well versed on skincare, but she has a genuine interest as you as a person. The girls on reception are friendly too. She took a comprehensive medical history and was thorough, attentive and incredibly thoughtful. I feel very optimistic about my treatments here: her experience as a doctor meant that she was holistic in her approach, and looked far deeper than just the cosmetic. I didn’t feel oversold in any way; she actually pulled me back from the treatments I thought I would need and started me off on a very light regime to prime my skin.

I wasn't sure if it could be healed this long after the fact, but Dr. Sheena immediately reassured me and offered clear, realistic options with both laser and chemical peels... Show more »
My experience with Adonia Medical Clinic has been great. I'd come to them for a case of very long-standing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by skin picking since my teen years. I wasn't sure if it could be healed this long after the fact, but Dr. Sheena immediately reassured me and offered clear, realistic options with both laser and chemical peels.

My treatment isn't over yet but the results are already night and day after 4 months. The team is lovely and very personable, I couldn't recommend them enough, especially with how hard it is to find experts in darker skin tones. Show less »

Her gentle, less-is-more approach (she even once used just 0.2 ml when that was all I needed!) completely changed how I feel about injectables.

I started my journey with Adonia Medical Clinic in 2024 after experiencing a severe skin breakout. I was warmly welcomed from the very beginning, starting with a consultation followed by Hydrafacial sessions to deeply cleanse and reset my skin. These treatments were paired with a personalised skincare routine that I followed meticulously at home.
When I first began the treatment, my skin went through every phase imaginable and there were moments when I genuinely felt like giving up. But Nicola was always there to reassure me, encourage me, and remind me to trust the process and I’m so glad I listened.
A little later I began chemical peels, which completely transformed my skin.
Today after a full year of consistency my skin is totally different: no more breakouts, no more marks, just clear, healthy, glowing skin.
One thing I’ve learned from this experience is that you must trust the process wholeheartedly, because it truly requires patience and commitment. Now I travel from Nice every 6 to 8 weeks for maintenance treatments, just to keep my glow year round.

My name is Ahlam, I had an appointment with Dr. Sheena, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is an incredibly sensitive, caring, and attentive doctor who truly wants to understand your mental and physical wellbeing before starting any treatment. She took her time with me, asked about my mental health, and made sure I felt safe and understood.

Even though I was very late to my appointment and she had no availability later in the day, she still made time for me, welcomed me warmly, and never made me feel rushed. She was extremely honest and advised me not to begin any treatment for at least three months until I stabilise my mental health and continue therapy. I really appreciated her integrity and her patient-first mindset.

Dr. Sheena is truly comprehensive, compassionate, and receives you with open arms. I left the clinic feeling respected, supported, and genuinely cared for.

The reception team is also competent, kind, organised, and very professional.

I also want to say that I highly recommend this clinic. Many of my friends come here for treatments, and all of them have had amazing experiences. They always do proper follow-ups, offer personalised treatments that genuinely match your skin’s needs, and deliver clear, visible results. This clinic doesn’t want to waste your time or money—they are honest. If there is nothing to do, they will tell you straight. And if they can help, they will truly do their best for you.

Dr Sheena and the team at Adonia are very professional and knowledgeable. I always feel like I know exactly what I’m treating and why, and if I have any concerns they are always addressed in a respectful manner. I’ve been getting treatment done for hyperpigmentation/melasma and have seen excellent results!

Dr Sheena has been great. I've felt really catered to over the last few months. I had really bad hyperpigmentation that I've struggled with for over 10 years and with the help of PICO and a really tailored plan, I've gotten rid of over half of it in the last 6 months.
