My experience with Maddison at Contour Cosmetics Taunton has been nothing short of amazing. It was so refreshing to be told no as well as yes when discussing treatments — something I’ve never come across before. Maddison’s honesty and professional approach instantly stood out, especially as in the past I’d only ever experienced my old aesthetics lady continuously filling my lips, even when it wasn’t needed.

The consultation with Maddison was incredibly personal, thoughtful, and detailed — far more so than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and it was obvious that my best interests were her priority from start to finish.

I can’t recommend Keri enough!! This was the first time I’ve had filler and as someone who hates needles, I was really apprehensive. Keri was so kind and patient with me in all 3 appointments I had with her (consultation, filler and review), and didn’t once make me feel silly. We discussed in depth what my concerns were and what I didn’t like about my lips, which Keri then explained different options and what her recommendations were to get me confident with my smile. Having the filler itself wasn’t half as bad or painful as I expected and Keri chatted away to me to distract me at my request, which just shows how much she cares and wants her clients to be comfortable. Since my filler, Keri has been a message away with any concerns or anxieties I’ve had (all of which weren’t warranted I’m just an anxious person lol), and she got me back in clinic for a review.
