He has provided me with Dermal Fillers and Botox to reduce the lines appearing around my eyes and my "frown line" as we know it. I absolutely will continue to see Dr Baines and feel confident that he can subtly keep me looking young and fresh faced for years to come!

As a man, having Botox for my forehead is something I’ve always been quite self-conscious and hesitant about. It’s not something I openly talk about, so I was naturally a little nervous. However, Dr. Thmina’s warm, respectful, and non-judgemental approach immediately put me at ease. She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel completely normal and comfortable.

The treatment itself was quick, precise, and virtually painless, and I felt confident knowing I was in such capable hands. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving natural-looking results really stood out.

Really pleased with my treatment.
I had the skin rejuvenation package for my face, using the BTL Exilis Ultra 360 radiofrequency machine, which I had read lots of good things about online (really pleased when I found out that it had come to Taunton).
I wanted skin tightening and removal of some lines, especially on my forehead, eyes and cheek lines (Nasolabial folds), which had got worse over the years.

Smita was terrific. She explained everything really well and was very professional. The treatment itself took about 45 mins and was pain free, and she took her time. I did not feel rushed. The local location at Swan Retreat in Taunton was very nice, the treatment room had a calm atmosphere and was very peaceful. It also had lots of free parking so getting there and home was easy after the treatment.

I am really happy with the results so far, and have 2 more treatments to go but my skin already looks tighter, brighter, smoother and the lines are reduced as I wanted.

My fillers & Botox were great. Very natural looking & well worth the money. It has given me renewed confidence. I took a photograph of myself the day before & asked AI to roughly estimate how old I looked. It said 60-65. I was disappointed as I am 65! but always looked younger for my age. However a couple of years of stress has certainly taken its toll on my face! I know AI can make mistakes but I did it twice. I did it again a few times after my treatment and this time it said late 40's to mid 50's. Whohoo! How great is that. I can really see the difference. I've got other niggling things to be fixed; ie some pigment scarring & spider veins on leg. So I can't wait to get those fixed too.
