Miracle workers! I had severe lower back pain and a colleague suggested I ring the Crescent. They fitted me in straight away and I could hardly walk into the treatment room. I met with James, who talked me through the issue with sensitivity and humor, helped me perform some stretches and then gave me a massage and acupuncture. I walked out of the clinic a different man, upright and mostly pain free. I have kept up with the exercises and stretches James suggested and I feel almost back to normal after 48hrs. For nearly 2 months I had been struggling with quad pain following a triathlon. I visited two different physios in the area but had no luck finding a solution. Saw James about some issues I was having with my knee. Was unable to train or work properly due to it for a long time; so upon a friend recommendation I approached the Crescent Clinic. Saw James about some issues I was having with my knee. Was unable to train or work properly due to it for a long time; so upon a friend recommendation I approached the Crescent Clinic. James quickly worked out the issue as quad tendinitis and worked me through specific exercises during the sessions and gave me things to do between visits. During the visits he also did massage and needling. From start to finish I felt as though James fully understood my issues and what could be done to help rehab me back to normal. Always felt like I was in excellent hands and that James was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't recommend the Crescent Clinic anymore- it was by far one of the best massages I have ever experienced. After feeling quite tender and achy afterwards (and the following day) I am now feeling absolutely incredible. I couldn't recommend the Crescent Clinic anymore- it was by far one of the best massages I have ever experienced.

After feeling quite tender and achy afterwards (and the following day) I am now feeling absolutely incredible. The tension around my neck has completely disappeared with the range of movement increasing, my posture feels better and I feel like I am sleeping better and waking up with no aches or pains.
