The Crescent Clinic was recommended to me and with good reason. Having suffered from various injuries over the years, having someone I trust to help me is important and Dani has become that person. All of the team are so welcoming, friendly and generally brilliant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Went here for shockwave treatment for plantar fasciitis. After 3 sessions. I found it was making it worse. Worked out expensive. £70 for 7 minutes. So stopped. For me this treatment did not work. So would not recommend it .

I cannot recommend James and the Crescent Clinic enough. A fantastic physiotherapist and Tess on reception is so welcoming, which certainly helps when you’re having a difficult day. After breaking a couple of bones in my ankle and damaging the tendons I was seriously worried that there would be no more snowboarding or sports for me. The Crescent Clinic was recommended by a friend, and James was fantastic. It took lots of work, dry needling and patience, but the end result was excellent. I’m back to full flexibility and snowboarding again. Show less »

The treatment I have received has been excellent, effective, and massively beneficial to my overall wellbeing - it has also been extremely warm, friendly, and non-judgemental. The dry needling in conjunction with the consultancy and tailor made supply of Podoactiva custom insoles has been bordering on miraculous in relieving significant ongoing pain, avoiding recommended surgery, and getting me back to playing sport. I heartily recommend and am super grateful to James for making a meaningful and demonstrable difference to my life. Show less »

Miracle workers! I had severe lower back pain and a colleague suggested I ring the Crescent. They fitted me in straight away and I could hardly walk into the treatment room. I met with James, who talked me through the issue with sensitivity and humor, helped me perform some stretches and then gave me a massage and acupuncture. I walked out of the clinic a different man, upright and mostly pain free. I have kept up with the exercises and stretches James suggested and I feel almost back to normal after 48hrs. I will certainly return but I hope the back pain doesn't. Show less »

For nearly 2 months I had been struggling with quad pain following a triathlon. I visited two different physios in the area but had no luck finding a solution. After just a 40min session with James, he had diagnosed the issue and undertaken a round of dry needling. Within just a few days the pain had subsided and I was back training again. Saw James about some issues I was having with my knee. Was unable to train or work properly due to it for a long time; so upon a friend recommendation I approached the Crescent Clinic. James quickly worked out the issue as quad tendinitis and worked me through specific exercises during the sessions and gave me things to do between visits. During the visits he also did massage and needling. From start to finish I felt as though James fully understood my issues and what could be done to help rehab me back to normal. Always felt like I was in excellent hands and that James was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The rest of the team I encountered including Tess on reception were also always very helpful and professional. Highly recommend! Show less »

I couldn't recommend the Crescent Clinic anymore- it was by far one of the best massages I have ever experienced.

After feeling quite tender and achy afterwards (and the following day) I am now feeling absolutely incredible. The tension around my neck has completely disappeared with the range of movement increasing, my posture feels better and I feel like I am sleeping better and waking up with no aches or pains.

Really looking forward to booking myself in again! Show less »
