I came to bayside recently for my lip fillers & teeth whitening and I can honestly say I’ve walked out of clinic a completely different person, I’m so much more confident and I love what the ladies have done for me. Umehra made sure my lips were still natural looking and didn’t look too big or too silly - this was her main priority for me and I’m so thankful she took her time to make them as perfect as she did. They explained the whole procedure to me and informed me of everything I needed to know. They really looked after me throughout and made me feel very welcome too. A special shout out to Umehra and Emily for being so friendly and warm and kind and professional too. I would recommend bayside to anybody wanting these treatments and I will definitely be back! What impressed me the most is Sharon's honesty - I initially went to have lip fillers, she refused to do them as I had a lump of filler from a previous procedure carried out in a different clinic. So instead she removed the lump, just charged for this and gave me some great advice. I have since returned for different procedures which have always been great... Show more »

I was made to feel so welcome on my arrival .

I was put at ease immediately by the very friendly staff and the overall environment.

This clinic is immaculately clean comfortable and very well equipped.

All CV 19 guidelines are still being observed, they were implemented so readily that you hardly noticed.

Kelly and her Team practice professionalism skill knowledge care and compassion like second nature.
( I feel I am qualified to make this statement as I also work in a highly professional organisation were excellent standards skill knowledge care and compassion must be practised, so I always notice when I am in an excellent environment ).

All this important stuff aside I absolutely must tell you how amazing my results are.

I am absolutely over the moon.
For me there was no bruising not much swelling,
I walked out of the clinic looking and definitely feeling fabulous.

So I have talked about the important stuff and told you about my fantastic results which are improving weekly.

What really overwhelmed me was the aftercare call I received the very next morning, even though I was given check up appointments before I left the clinic.
This is definitely client care in action.

I just wish I had met the very talented Kelly and her lovely team years ago.
