I had Endolift treatment at KM Aesthetic in Baddeley Green, Stoke today! I originally went in planning to have my entire lower face treated, but Kelly took the time to assess my face and honestly advised that I only needed my jawline and chin area doing. I really appreciated that she wasn’t trying to upsell me and instead recommended what was genuinely best for me.

I also had a bit of a payment hiccup because my bank cards had been compromised. Kelly was incredibly patient and even offered to let me pay via Klarna. We tried several times, and when that didn’t work, I was able to transfer the funds instead. Nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, and the clinic was spotless, modern and air-conditioned, which made it really comfortable.

The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and virtually painless. I could already see an improvement straight afterwards, and I’m excited to see the full results over the coming months.

I genuinely think I’ve found my new aesthetic practitioner. I’ve already booked my next appointment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KM Aesthetic to anyone considering Endolift. Show less »

The transformation after just six weeks has been incredible, and the before-and-after photos really speak for themselves. Kelly has been fantastic throughout the entire process—professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping her clients achieve the best possible results. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from day one.

The progress I've seen in just six weeks has exceeded my expectations, which is why I've already decided to sign up for another six-week course. I'm excited to see how much more improvement is possible!

I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone considering hair growth treatments. Thank you, Kelly, for helping me achieve such amazing results! Show less »

I honestly can’t recommend Kelly enough. I originally went to her for jaw treatment and have also had face needling with her, and she’s been absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and instantly puts you at ease, but she’s also genuinely lovely as a person which makes such a difference. She really listens to your concerns and explains everything properly rather than making you feel rushed or pressured.

The difference in my jaw tension alone has been incredible, and my skin has looked fresher, healthier, and more glowy after the needling treatments too. I always leave feeling looked after and confident that I’m in safe hands.

You can tell Kelly genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Fab service, fab results, and just an all-round beautiful human. Highly recommend 💕 Show less »

The Botox treatment was handled with great care and precision, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The massage was just as impressive—relaxing, rejuvenating, and exactly what I needed.

It’s clear that Kelly genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for expert care in a warm and welcoming environment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Show less »

I've had a lovely experience, kelly is lovely and made me feel comfortable as i was abit nervous. I went for botox for the first time and the whole process was very easy. I am extremely happy with my results and will be definitely coming back in a few months to get it done again. Definitely recommend.

Kelly and all the staff are very friendly and the treatment room is relaxing with lovely soothing spa music. For the last six months I have had micro needling and I have seen a big improvement with my skin and my creases (I refuse to call them wrinkles lol), I would highly recommend Kelly for any treatment.

I cannot recommend KM Aesthetics enough. Kelly and her staff are incredibly welcoming and put you at ease the minute you walk through the door. Kelly’s advice and treatments are always well informed and delivered to a high quality. I have been having PRP for nearly 9 months and the results have been fantastic. Never have I felt that Kelly was giving me sessions needlessly and has been incredibly accurate with what’s needed and when. I am very very happy with my performances and will continue my treatments with Kelly ongoing, even though it’s an hour out of my way. Thank you Kelly 👏🏻 Show less »
