I was very nervous about going to Kelly as it was my first procedure, but I really shouldn't have been. Kelly is 100% professional, explaining everything that was about to happen, she put me at ease when she could see I was anxious. I honestly can’t recommend Kelly enough. I originally went to her for jaw treatment and have also had face needling with her, and she’s been absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She’s so knowledgeable, professional, and instantly puts you at ease, but she’s also genuinely lovely as a person which makes such a difference. She really listens to your concerns and explains everything properly rather than making you feel rushed or pressured.

The difference in my jaw tension alone has been incredible, and my skin has looked fresher, healthier, and more glowy after the needling treatments too. I always leave feeling looked after and confident that I’m in safe hands.

I had Endolift treatment at KM Aesthetic in Baddeley Green, Stoke today! I originally went in planning to have my entire lower face treated, but Kelly took the time to assess my face and honestly advised that I only needed my jawline and chin area doing. I really appreciated that she wasn’t trying to upsell me and instead recommended what was genuinely best for me.

I also had a bit of a payment hiccup because my bank cards had been compromised. Kelly was incredibly patient and even offered to let me pay via Klarna. We tried several times, and when that didn’t work, I was able to transfer the funds instead. Nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, and the clinic was spotless, modern and air-conditioned, which made it really comfortable.

The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and virtually painless. I could already see an improvement straight afterwards, and I’m excited to see the full results over the coming months.

I genuinely think I’ve found my new aesthetic practitioner. I’ve already booked my next appointment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KM Aesthetic to anyone considering Endolift. Show less »
