The staff are fantastic and Kelly May is so professional yet friendly and she has a brilliant calming way with her. She explains everything fully and gives lots of good advice. I have had 6 micro needling treatments to the face area and could see massive improvements after 2 sessions. I would highly recommend this treatment and the clinic to anyone. I was very nervous about going to Kelly as it was my first procedure, but I really shouldn't have been. Kelly is 100% professional, explaining everything that was about to happen, she put me at ease when she could see I was anxious. Kelly’s advice and treatments are always well informed and delivered to a high quality. I have been having PRP for nearly 9 months and the results have been fantastic. Never have I felt that Kelly was giving me sessions needlessly and has been incredibly accurate with what’s needed and when.
