Dr Sha was lovely and welcoming and answered all questions I had regarding the treatments I was looking at. I decided on a treatment and had it done during the appointment and I am more than happy with the results. Dr Sha is clearly very knowledgable and I felt in very safe hands throughout. I cannot rate Dr. Sha highly enough. I was unsure of what treatments would be beneficial to me and Dr.Sha put me at ease, gave me plenty of options and was extremely informative so I could make my own decision what would be best for me. She is super generous with her time with any queries or worries . There is no pressure and she is so patient and always at the end of the phone no matter what time. Follow up appointments and after care is second to non always making sure everything is OK. I have had various treatments now and I am extremely pleased with what Dr. Sha has done. I would highly recommend Dr.Sha and will be a regular patient now at her clinic. Show less »

I had a great experience at this clinic for my Botox treatment, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The clinician was very professional, explained the Botox procedure clearly, and answered all of my questions.
The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming, which made me feel confident in their services.
My Botox results look natural and refreshed, exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciated how the staff took the time to understand my goals rather than rushing the appointment.I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering Botox treatments. 😁 Show less »

I was nervous and apprehensive before my first appointment, but Dr Sha immediately put me at ease with her endless patience and kindness. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time. I had an in depth consultation where we discussed my lifestyle and skin in detail, and she put together thoughtful recommendations along with a clear treatment plan for the year ahead.

I have now had several treatments, including Sectum radio frequency, and I can genuinely see and feel a real difference in my skin. During treatments Dr Sha is so caring and always makes sure to explain aftercare and anything important I need to know. She messages afterwards to check on progress and I feel that she is always on hand if I need advice. I feel completely supported and confident in her care and would highly recommend Dr Sha to anyone. After previous treatments elsewhere that made me feel I was not me anymore when I looked in the mirror....I found Dr Sha.
I did a lot of research before making an appointment at her lovely clinic and I am so pleased that I did.
She is a calming, knowledgeable woman with years of experience.
My first appointment with her was so different to my previous experience.
Dr Sha listened, watched and gave advice that I didn't actually know I needed...all before before discussing any treatments.
I have had 2 sessions so far and have more booked.
She understood that I didn't want treatment to look like someone else, just less tired.
My skin, eyes have improved so much, my daughter and friends have also noticed the difference.

I went to Dr Sha's Clinic for a facial treatment and honestly, it’s become one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. Dr Sha is incredibly professional and genuinely skilled, and what really stood out to me was how easy she was to reach whenever I had a question. That level of care is something I haven’t experienced with other aestheticians or clinicians.

The results have been amazing. My hyperpigmentation is quickly becoming a thing of the past, and I’ve stopped wearing makeup when I go out because I finally feel confident in my own skin. My family and friends keep telling me how unbelievable the change is.

I’m on a one year treatment plan and these results are from less than three months in. The treatment is still ongoing, and I honestly can’t imagine how good my skin will look in a few more months.
