Buckle in, I’m about to give a review that sounds so glorious it’s almost sounds fake, but it’s really REALLY not. I found Lumin online as it was convenient where I live in Sevenoaks. I’ve had A LOT of Botox, fillers and skincare in the last 8 years. A lot. But Iwona today was the best experience I’ve ever had. She took an hour to talk to me about what my skin needed. I felt instantly welcome in the serene, beautiful surroundings of Dr Raquel’s clinic. I was warmly greeted by Natalie, and felt reassured by Dr Raquel’s warm, approachable manner, knowledge and professionalism.

Dr Raquel thoroughly explained not only the treatments that would address my immediate concerns such as polynucleotides, skin boosters and dermal fillers, but also how I could improve the health of my skin myself, through my home skin care regimen, diet and supplements.

We proceeded with a treatment plan to improve my skin texture and laxity, and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in Dr Raquel’s skilled hands, and actively looked forward to my next visits, and the resulting glow!

Having finished my plan several months on, I am delighted with the visible improvements in my skin tone and texture and the definition of my lower face, and take a renewed pleasure in my skincare routine.

From the complimentary video consultation, to surgery and after care, the experience has been exceptional. Nothing to fault, just wish I had done it sooner.

I had liked what lip fillers had done for me the previous year but this is another level of improvement.
