At age 70 I wasn't sure what to expect or if I was shutting the stable door after the horse had already bolted!!! Holly was very reassuring though and answered all my questions before I finally decided to go ahead with the treatment. The treatment itself - lower face dermal filler - was fairly painless and I didnt really need the stress ball that Holly provided (although I did squeeze once or twice!😉). Mild discomfort is the best way to describe, I guess. At the end of the treatment I was sent away with a lovely little lucky bag containing arnica gel, mini ice pack for any swelling, pack of Swizzer sweets and a treatment card listing the batch nos of the fillers. All very professional. A day later and the slight bruising had all but disappeared with no other side effects to worry about. I recieved a fantastic service from claire very professional and very experienced in her field. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease . I had a lot of models for the day and my confidence really has grown after this.
It’s been the best training I’ve had during my Aesthetics career.
She’s very warm and welcoming.
Dr Claire takes time to explain everything step by step.

I chose to see Dr Claire Todd after doing a great deal of research, as I wanted a subtle, natural approach to the concerns I had about my ageing face. My main worries were my lower jowls and the sagging I felt in my lower face.
From the moment I met her, Dr Claire carried out an incredibly thorough assessment and took plenty of time to really understand what I hoped to achieve. She was honest, realistic, and reassuring throughout. Together, we decided on dermal fillers to restore lost volume and gently lift the areas that were troubling me. I could not be more thrilled with the final results. I still look like myself, just fresher, more lifted, and no longer weighed down in the lower face. The change is subtle yet transformative, exactly what I had hoped for.

It was really relaxed and Lucy covered everything with me, from what I wanted, what checks she was doing and why, what it all means and what my options were. When it came to my treatment, Lucy was really gentle and made me feel at ease, and I’m over the moon with my results! I told her what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that.
