At age 70 I wasn't sure what to expect or if I was shutting the stable door after the horse had already bolted!!! Holly was very reassuring though and answered all my questions before I finally decided to go ahead with the treatment. The treatment itself - lower face dermal filler - was fairly painless and I didnt really need the stress ball that Holly provided (although I did squeeze once or twice!😉). Mild discomfort is the best way to describe, I guess. At the end of the treatment I was sent away with a lovely little lucky bag containing arnica gel, mini ice pack for any swelling, pack of Swizzer sweets and a treatment card listing the batch nos of the fillers. All very professional. A day later and the slight bruising had all but disappeared with no other side effects to worry about. Hollie was very friendly and put me straight at ease, she explained all about the treatment I was having done, how it would help my skin and any possible side effects that could occur. The procedure was very professionally done, with constant check ins to make sure I was comfortable through-out. Hollie also checked in outside of my appointments to make sure everything was healing correctly. I would definitely recommend Hollie to anyone wanting to improve their skin/undereyes. I recently booked a treatment with Holly for the first time after moving to the area. At my initial prescription appointment she went through everything in detail, ensuring that the treatment was right for me, and took the time to explain the process.

During the treatments, she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained what was going to happen. The process was pain-free. She also sent aftercare instructions as a follow-up, and really went the extra mile.

Holly was fabulous from start to finish I would highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about the results and would not recommend something that isn’t suited to you. I had 2 areas of Botox. It was my first time so I was a little nervous at first but Holly put that to ease. The whole experience was very professional and the results speak for themselves 😍

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease with her calm and reassuring manner. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Her knowledge and attention to detail were clear, and I felt completely confident in her hands. The treatment itself was smooth and the results have exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated how she checked in with me throughout, making sure I was okay and fully informed.
