From the moment I arrived, Lucy was calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The premises were spotlessly clean and clinical, which added to my confidence.
During the treatment, Lucy was patient and walked me through each step. She even used a clever little "tapping diversion" technique while injecting, which worked wonders for my nerves. The results were natural and subtle, exactly what I hoped for.
On the day of my top-up, I was so impressed that I also booked a Seventy Hyal Treatment – I can’t wait to see the results!

I had a very positive experience at Lucy Aesthetics.
Everything was explained extremely well, and all of my questions were answered fully, and I was put completely at ease.
The procedure was, at most, slightly uncomfortable and was undertaken very skillfully and efficiently.

After my second appointment with Lucy, I can honestly say she’s the best. She’s so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely cares about how you feel. The results of my lip filler are even better than I hoped for, and she’s really boosted my confidence. I always leave feeling great - I am so grateful that her service was recommended to me!

Lucy is THE professional. I had never had anything done before and was recommended Lucy by a friend. I've had some Botox and recently some chin filler and I am SO happy with the results. Lucy makes sure everything looks natural and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be back.

It was really relaxed and Lucy covered everything with me, from what I wanted, what checks she was doing and why, what it all means and what my options were. When it came to my treatment, Lucy was really gentle and made me feel at ease, and I’m over the moon with my results! I told her what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that.
