Best lip filler experience I’ve had!
Katy was so professional, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. When going in I had a thorough consultation about my lips and what results I’d like to achieve etc, there was no pressure to go ahead with the treatment, I was reassured I could go and think about it and ask any questions I had, I felt immediately comfortable and wanted to go ahead on the day. The procedure was comfortable, quick and I was spoken to the entire time, I knew what was happening every step of the way, I was offered to hold a squishy ball which was a great extra touch and really helped!
Afterwards when I was shown I was so so happy, I was given all the aftercare advice I needed, even a follow up message to check in the following day! I couldn’t recommend Katy enough. My lips are the best they’ve ever looked. X Show less »

This was my first ever anti-wrinkle treatment and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. I was warmly greeted by the super-friendly receptionist, who even took the time to chat about my skincare routine and offer helpful advice while I waited.

My consultation with Susanne was fantastic, she was thorough, approachable, and made me feel so comfortable. We talked through the treatment in detail, as well as potential lip enhancements. Susanne clearly explained the process, benefits, and what to expect, and was completely transparent about the difference between a lip flip and filler, how often top-ups might be needed, and the payment options available.

The treatment itself was quick, painless, and over in less than ten minutes. Susanne’s gentle approach, combined with her expertise, made the whole experience a pleasure.

I’ll be back in two weeks for my follow-up, and I’ve already booked myself in for 0.5ml of lip filler at the same time - that’s how confident I feel in the team here!

I got lip filler injections done yesterday by Fallon and couldn't be happier with the results. I got a total of 0.7 ml done and am absolutely in love with the results! Fallon absolutely nailed my vision. The team were amazing and took time to answer all my questions in great detail in my consultation and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed for this.
