My practitioner Jade was superb! A real credit to the clinic! The clinic and treatment rooms were clean, tidy and professional looking. Jade really explained everything carefully and checked my understanding and expectations. I had a difficult and uncomfortable CO2 Laser treatment to my face, above and below eyes, under my chin and neck, she worked so hard to put me at ease. The treatment is sore and she worked swiftly, carefully, professionally and precisely whilst also giving me lots of encouragement and support throughout which I really appreciated. Thank you so much. Jade was so fast but very precise and spoke to me the whole way through you could tell she can read her clients body language and used that to keep me nice and relaxed!
