Dr H made me feel at ease and relaxed within the first few seconds of meeting her. She spent lots of time listening to me, asking and answering lots of questions and at no point did I feel rushed, or that any question was silly! This is my second time of receiving this treatment and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else for this treatment. During the treatment Dr H makes you feel at ease by telling you what she’s doing and checks in with you throughout the process which again makes you feel relaxed. Hands down the best practitioner in the area! I’ve been going to Roxy for a few years now for my lips and laser hair removal, and wouldn’t trust anyone else. She has given me the most amazing cupids bow and always makes sure my lips look natural. I know a few people who have had to go to Roxy to dissolve their lips and fix what other practitioners have done... Show more »

Hands down the best practitioner in the area! I’ve been going to Roxy for a few years now for my lips and laser hair removal, and wouldn’t trust anyone else. She has given me the most amazing cupids bow and always makes sure my lips look natural.

I know a few people who have had to go to Roxy to dissolve their lips and fix what other practitioners have done.

I have always been very apprehensive about where I go for my aesthetic treatments after my lips were overfilled and I suffered with bad migration from a previous practitioner. However, the moment I stepped into Rachel’s clinic she made me feel at ease. Not only was she warm and welcoming but during my consultation she took the time to go through my medical history at great length, alongside administering a patch test for my dissolving. I was concerned about the level of pain to which she explained the pros of a dental block and added this to my treatment completely free of charge.
Since this consultation I have had my lips dissolved and attended routine Botox appointments, always leaving happy and confident in the service I’ve received! Show less »

What a wonderful experience I had with Mr Beautox. From the moment I started communicating with him to discuss my requirements he was professional and friendly and explored the options available to me. I wanted fo have my lips filled, however the last couple of times I had it done I had had to have it dissolved due to poor results ( not with Mr Beautox ) and I was slightly nervous about attempting the process again. It had been over a year as I had decided to let my lips settle.

Rick very kindly and patiently put my fears to rest and suggested Lumi Pro Lip booster, he felt it would be the best approach given my last couple of experiences.
I arrived at the appointment, I was greeted with a spotlessly clean and professional yet relaxed environment and Rick was friendly and welcoming.
We spent a few minutes discussing the procedure, the product and the results that could be achieved and I felt reassured and happy to go ahead.
Rick took pictures to show me the before and after and I was very happy with the results. Throughout the procedure Rick was very detail oriented, talked to me.to let me know when he was about to inject, and checked how i was and how my lips were looking and feeling as he went so not to cause an over plumped look.
I can't recommend him enough. I felt I could explain what had happened before and was reassured, rather than going ahead and having more filler Rixk suggested the Lumi Pro Lip booster so we could see how my lips responded and then maybe return to filler at a later date. I was impressed by this and it has certainly been the right move. My lips are looking great, full, healthy and I feel amazing. My confidence has been restored!
