So I reached that age where you suddenly start feeling old. I decided that it’s time to do something about it and looked into getting my very first Botox. I have to admit I was a bit worried because you read horrid stories about cosmetics procedures that can go wrong. I’ve done plenty of research and looked for a professional practitioner. 121 Aesthetics came recommended to me and the fact that Joanne has been a trained medical professional for many years made me feel a lot better. Then there was the fact about having needles stuck in my face which scared me a little, but I thought I’ll man it up and get it done. Joanne made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She started working and I didn’t feel a thing! Before I knew it is was all over and done with. Over the next few days the Botox started taking effect and I felt the years melting away. Even some of my business customers told me that I look really refreshed and asked if I just came back from a holiday. Two weeks later once the full effect was visible, I went back to 121 Aesthetics for a free top up. My only problem is that I live in London and 121 Aesthetics is in Birmingham. Although I loved the service, I did have a look around to see if there are any other reliable clinics neared to me. I soon realised that 121 Aesthetics's prices are much better than anywhere else, so it’s well worth the drive form me from London to Birmingham. I am over the moon with the results and I will most certainly be back for my next session. No one noticed that I had Botox. I’ve been coming to The Chase CACI Clinic for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bernie is absolutely wonderful so friendly, professional, and skilled. I’ve had both CACI treatments and Botox with her, and the results have been amazing. Her aftercare is also second to none, which really sets her apart.

Ellie is fantastic too – her nail & eye treatments are always perfect, with such incredible attention to detail.

Today, I had a 45-minute session with the new CACI treatment, and it was a real treat. The heated eye mask was heavenly, followed by the most relaxing massage from the new therapist Suzy, I genuinely didn’t want to leave.

Amanda has done my Botox, facials and profhilo (10 point non-surgical facelift) over the last couple of years so as a new year treat I booked to have lip boosters. Having had lip fillers previously (unfortunately before I met Amanda), I was anxious about how painful the boosters would be - no need, I barely felt anything at all, it really wasn’t painful!! And as for the results, they were immediate with very little swelling 😁

The clinic was beautiful, well-appointed and spotlessly clean, and, Sanctuary is an apt name for it.
I was warmly welcomed by Richard Rushforth, who was kind, caring, professional and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
He made a thorough assessment of my needs and took a comprehensive medical history. I felt very safe in his hands. He explained everything beforehand and I knew exactly what to expect. I felt comfortable enough to ask all sorts of questions and Richard was open and honest in his responses, so I was fully informed. .
He was skilled and took great care to make sure I was as comfortable with the procedure as possible.
I was given advice on aftercare and sent information by email too.
