Charlotte is amazing at what she does and knows. She was trained in the NHS and her passion is treating people holistically. She spends time to get to know you, your lifestyle, family and hobbies so she truly understands what challenges you maybe facing. She is honest and sincere. If she feels something is not for you, she would highlight advantages/ setbacks and why it is not for you. She does not try to sell to you. It is as important to Charlotte that your well being and needs are met rather than it being a sales or add on opportunity. The clinic is beautiful with ample car parking. I truly trust Charlotte would have anyone's best interests at heart. She is a lovely, warm, caring and professional young lady. After service is excellent and nothing ever is too much trouble. I have been going to Charlotte for a while now and she is amazing. She is exceptionally knowledgeable (her medical background as a nurse in A&E shows!). She is also very patient and thorough. The botox she put in my masseter (jaw) has been life-changing, allowing me to sleep and eat comfortably again. I recommended Charlotte to both my mother and my sister, who also now see her regularly for various treatments including Botox and filler.
