What a lovely lady Suzie is :) Never had botox before, so i was a bit clueless and thought i needed everything doing after numerous rather pricey quotes of other people i needed all kinds of treatment. Suzie is amazing great advise and the results are the best I've had and I've been to a couple of places before being recommended. She was very thorough speaking to me about seceral different options - botox, profilo and microneedling. Weighing up the benefits of each treatment. There was no pushy sales pitch to sell me the most expensive treatments. Kate discussed what she thought was best for my skin and talked me through the whole procedure. No rush and no pressure. I've had fillers for maybe coming up to 10 years and I've never had such a fantastic turn out. Very happy with the service, she was kind, informative and professional and my face looks amazing! Ive only had fillers, not botox and I look 10 years younger! My suggestion is to go in and trust the experts. Ellie injected where she felt appropriate. The Botox treatment was carried out with great care and precision, and I immediately felt at ease throughout the process. Everything was explained step by step, which made me feel confident and comfortable. The Hydro Max treatment has left me with the result I was looking for so far and I have a further 2 booked in to complete as recommended, What stood out most was the professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I never felt pressured, and all my questions were answered thoroughly.
