I had botox with Nurse Sharon yesterday who has over 16 years medical experience. I literally never had botox before and I was so nervous, Rosie and nurse Sharon made me feel so at ease and talked me through it all. Nurse Sharon was so gentle I didn't feel a thing and there was no bruising or anything! I had 2 appointments with Dr Tara at the Luxe Spa Brentwood. Dr Tara was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable about the procedure I was having, Botox. I’ve been seeing Rachel for a variety of treatments over the past year, and she has been absolutely fantastic every single time. What I appreciate most about Rachel is her honesty — I trust her implicitly, which is so important when someone is working on your face.

When she does my polynucleotides, there’s virtually no bruising because she takes her time and never rushes. The way she approaches Botox is incredibly clever; she genuinely understands facial anatomy and really listens to what you want.

I was especially anxious about having Botox after a recent blepharoplasty, worried it might cause hooding again — but Rachel knew exactly how to handle it. I can honestly say it’s the best Botox I’ve ever had, and I’ve been having it for 18 years!

Rachel is not only a true professional but also a genuinely lovely person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Show less »

She also helped my mum decide on some filler in which she is so pleased with the results - it looks so great (to fill out a deep line that’s been there for years - sorry mum!) Chloe has ‘Botoxed me up’ a couple of times now and I’ve been so happy with the results. She also helped my mum decide on some filler in which she is so pleased with the results - it looks so great (to fill out a deep line that’s been there for years - sorry mum!) I’ve just had the done too with Lori and I was quite nervous. She put me at total ease, explained everything and I barely felt the needle go in. I have to wait a few weeks for the results to start to show but I have no doubt I’ll be really pleased. This is the second treatment I’ve had with Amy-Lucy and I can’t express enough how amazing it feels to have 100% confidence when having procedures. I experienced bad Botox years ago so I’m always worried when trying new clinics but with Amy-Lucy clinic I knew I was in safe hands. Down to her amazing experience she advised me on what would be best down to my lips which I love and recently having Botox where I felt absolutely nothing, no bruising and within hours felt younger and fresher. Can’t wait to try all the other incredible treatments Lucy-Amy offers.
