I came into HoA for my first Botox experience. I booked through the online website. Overall, I have had the best experience!
After stalking their Instagram page for over a year while I decided whether this was the right decision, I already had the sense that this was a top quality establishment withonly the best experts.
The online experience of booking an appointment was all straight forward and smooth sailing.
The clinic itself is such a beautiful place, decorated to maximum quality and comfort. I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Laura is amazing, she explained everything to me in plain English, and although I was nervous about my first experience, I knew Laura was going to guide me through and take the best care of me. She’s clearly very experienced, knows exactly what she’s talking about and so friendly and easy to get on with.
The first couple of days after the injections were exactly as Laura had described, so I wasn’t surprised by anything.
I’ve now been in for my two week review, and again, such an amazing g experience! There were more of the team in the reception area and everyone said hello and were very welcoming.
I am very satisfied with every part of my experience and of course, extremely satisfied with my results. Show less »

I came to Dr Jo for Botox and cheek filler treatments for the first time after extensive research on local service providers in Aberdeen. Dr Jo came highly recommended by friends. I’m very impressed with her professionalism, highly skilled and knowledgeable. I was fairly nervous throughout my treatments, but Dr Jo had kept me calm and made me feel comfortable with her caring nature, detailed explanation, and thorough aftercare advice. I returned today for my 3-week follow up appointment, and I am absolutely thrilled with my results from the treatments I had. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and I appreciated how precise and gentle throughout. It’s clear really know their craft and focus on enhancing natural features rather than overdoing anything.

Couldn’t recommend this Lorne enough if you’re considering Botox for the first time or looking for a trusted place to go. I’ll definitely be back! Show less »

But he also wanted to know about myself & any other issues or problems I was having in my day to day life. I struggle with my mental health at times & I was feeling very run down... I don't think it's all about how much money he can get out of you....He is genuinely caring & I'm so glad I came to him. I've had my botox treatment & so happy with it...He even made a follow up appointment to check out everything was OK. I've also booked in for an other different treatment as well from him....

Lornes personable manner instantly eased any nerves i had, making the whole experience a breeze.
