She is clearly very experienced in her field and has an amazing ability to make you feel like you are in completely safe hands. I have now had 4 treatments with Nina, 3 lots of lip filler and Botox and won’t go to anyone else. I no longer feel nervous as I have complete confidence in Nina and look forward to the results of the treatment I’m having instead. I am keen to try other treatments with Nina as she is offering new services and I’m sure I will be booking in again soon! I had THE BEST experience today. I had lip filler done and am absolutely thrilled! I was made to feel so comfortable and was asked several times during the procedure if I was ok, and even asked a mid session look to see whether I wanted more filler or was happy with what had been done so far. As someone who has never had any kind of filler I was a bit nervous but Alicia was so kind, and so thorough in her explanations I immediately felt at ease. I ended up getting the treatment done within the same appointment! I felt so confident in her skills and knowledge, and so comfortable with her doing what she thought was best!

What can I say?! I walked into my first consult super nervous, but Alicia was calm, friendly and made me feel completely at home. It’s so apparent she knows her stuff and I was instantly put at ease. I booked in for my lip filler and, again, throughout the whole appointment (and after) she was so reassuring. She’s been in touch regularly making sure I’m doing well and that everything is feeling good. Cannot recommend highly enough. I was very happy with my treatment this time round too - it looks natural but I noticed an improvement in the volume under my eyes and masked some visible vessels I had under my eyes too.
