Had a great session with Sally!

The front team was very welcoming. It was my first ever skin peel session - Vitamin C Radiance Peel. Something I chose to try out of curiosity. Sally reassured, answered to all my questions which made me comfortable and less anxious throughout the session. The session was a bit painful, but she made it bearable.

I had Botox about a week ago and I have had a constant headache since then, heavy brows and bruising. One week later I’m getting bruising under my eye. I have tried calling many times and no one ever gets back to you.

When you have the appointment there is no discussion about the negatives or potential downsides, no leaflet or information about after care or what to expect.

During the consultations I kept asking will it affect me physically and the said no, I asked will I be able to move my brows and she said yes. I had two consultations but when I came for the actual appointment she couldn’t remember what we had discussed in the consultations so what is the point of the consultation?

The actual procedure was so rushed, she started injecting me whilst I was still asking questions, she didn’t explain where she would be injecting me or how many units.

She clearly injected too much and as it was my first time what I don’t understand is why wouldn’t you apply a conservative amount see how the person reacts and then top up at the review appointment if necessary? It seems she just did a standard approach without considering my anatom or my personal preferences

When you phone them u will never get through to the clinic, there is no direct phone number you just get through to an overseas call centre, which I have called numerous times and they keep saying the clinic will call you back but they never do.

The aftercare is non-existent. You would expect with a medical procedure some duty of care, some reassurance or just any form of communication but you get nothing.

I would not recommend this place for Botox or any other medical procedure. Show less »

Dr Vara is so sweet, calm and kind. I’ve been having Botox for over five years with a range of injectors and she has the gentlest injection technique I’ve ever experienced - I have never bruised with her or even left red faced, which is common and normal but still less pleasant! I am pleased with the experience they have offered with my Botox injections. I have requested numbing cream, as I am very sensitive on pain, they are not using it normally, and I received it without any further explanations.
