When I arrived, Cristina went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Instead of turning me away or making it complicated, she accommodated me seamlessly and made sure I was able to get my complete upper body treatment done during the appointment.
As for the treatment itself, Cristina was incredibly professional, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic is clean and welcoming, but it’s Cristina’s top-tier customer service that will definitely keep me coming back.

I was received very warmly by the team, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, I felt that the laser hair removal procedure for my underarms was not explained to me beforehand. As this was my first experience, I was unsure what to expect, including how long the treatment would take.

The treatment itself lasted only a few minutes, and I was surprised by how quickly it was completed. I arrived at 18:08 and left by 18:12, which made me a little sceptical as I wasn't sure whether this was the normal duration for the procedure.

I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the treatment process, what was being done during the session, what results to expect, and any aftercare instructions. Having someone take a few moments to talk me through the procedure would have made me feel much more informed and reassured.

Overall, the team was very pleasant, but clearer communication before and after the treatment would have improved my experience. Show less »

My cousin recommended the clinic in Watford. She had a session with Cristina and told me she was very happy because she had already noticed improvements.

Based on her recommendation, I decided to give it a try as well and I’m really glad I did. From my very first appointment I chose Cristina, and I have continued to book my sessions with her. She is very professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable during the treatment. I have also started to see much better results.

She communicated clearly with me, made sure I felt comfortable, and was very understanding.

One thing I particularly appreciated was how she handled an additional service I was considering. Instead of rushing the process or proceeding without clarity, she kindly took the time to check the cost for me so that I could make an informed decision. I thought this was very thoughtful and professional. Many places might simply continue with the treatment and discuss the price afterwards, which can put clients in an uncomfortable position if the cost is higher than expected. Her approach showed genuine care and integrity.

She also made me feel that my appointment mattered and that she was willing to accommodate my needs rather than making me feel rushed. In the past, I have visited other clinics where I was told there wasn’t enough time to add an extra service because another client was waiting. In this case, she handled everything with patience and flexibility, which made the experience much more pleasant.

Overall, the service was excellent. She was sweet, professional, attentive, and very client-focused, and I truly appreciated the level of care she provided. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and look forward to returning. Show less »

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Thérapie.
I saw Dr Sonia and felt the first appointment was very rushed.
I discussed my concerns of heavy eyes or any drooping (my eyes are slightly hooded and I was worried botox would increase this).
I was assured of anything like that happened, it could be easily corrected.

My 2 week follow up was cancelled as Dr Sonia was unwell, I went back at week 3.
I told her I was unhappy with how heavy my eyes were and that my eyelids were more hooded. She seemed to take this as a personal attack on her work as became very defensive and made the appointment very awkward. She kept saying g I didn’t have dropped brows; I had to keep explaining I wasn’t in about my brows but my eyelids howe er she was talking over me and not listening to me properly.
She said she wouldn’t inject me again that day despite me feeling unhappy with my results and what she had promised in my first appointment. I had to argue this with her.

She told me there was little point as it would all be worn off in 2 months anyway? And then said she’d only given me 6 injections in my forehead at the bare minimum amount to keep me ‘natural’ but had 18 usually herself.
Which makes me wonder if I’ve been utterly ripped off financially? Surely it should be discussed with the client how natural they’re aiming for?

I left the appointment feeling very frustrated and like I'd wasted my money. Show less »

I had Botox about a week ago and I have had a constant headache since then, heavy brows and bruising. One week later I’m getting bruising under my eye. I have tried calling many times and no one ever gets back to you.

When you have the appointment there is no discussion about the negatives or potential downsides, no leaflet or information about after care or what to expect.

During the consultations I kept asking will it affect me physically and the said no, I asked will I be able to move my brows and she said yes. I had two consultations but when I came for the actual appointment she couldn’t remember what we had discussed in the consultations so what is the point of the consultation?

The actual procedure was so rushed, she started injecting me whilst I was still asking questions, she didn’t explain where she would be injecting me or how many units.

She clearly injected too much and as it was my first time what I don’t understand is why wouldn’t you apply a conservative amount see how the person reacts and then top up at the review appointment if necessary? It seems she just did a standard approach without considering my anatom or my personal preferences

When you phone them u will never get through to the clinic, there is no direct phone number you just get through to an overseas call centre, which I have called numerous times and they keep saying the clinic will call you back but they never do.

The aftercare is non-existent. You would expect with a medical procedure some duty of care, some reassurance or just any form of communication but you get nothing.

I would not recommend this place for Botox or any other medical procedure. Show less »
