The whole team is lovely and so welcoming. I’ve just finished my course of polynucleotides and I am absolutely blown away by the results. My skin looks incredible!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Thérapie.
I saw Dr Sonia and felt the first appointment was very rushed.
I discussed my concerns of heavy eyes or any drooping (my eyes are slightly hooded and I was worried botox would increase this).
I was assured of anything like that happened, it could be easily corrected.

My 2 week follow up was cancelled as Dr Sonia was unwell, I went back at week 3.
I told her I was unhappy with how heavy my eyes were and that my eyelids were more hooded. She seemed to take this as a personal attack on her work as became very defensive and made the appointment very awkward. She kept saying g I didn’t have dropped brows; I had to keep explaining I wasn’t in about my brows but my eyelids howe er she was talking over me and not listening to me properly.
She said she wouldn’t inject me again that day despite me feeling unhappy with my results and what she had promised in my first appointment. I had to argue this with her.

She told me there was little point as it would all be worn off in 2 months anyway? And then said she’d only given me 6 injections in my forehead at the bare minimum amount to keep me ‘natural’ but had 18 usually herself.
Which makes me wonder if I’ve been utterly ripped off financially? Surely it should be discussed with the client how natural they’re aiming for?

I left the appointment feeling very frustrated and like I'd wasted my money. Show less »

I had my first laser hair removal session with Gracie at Therapie Clinic Watford, and she was fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly and instantly makes you feel comfortable, which really helped me relax. She works efficiently but still takes great care, and she chats with you in such a natural, pleasant way that you hardly notice the time passing.

For a first session with her, I was genuinely impressed — she made the whole experience smooth, easy, and reassuring. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

The front team was very welcoming. It was my first ever skin peel session - Vitamin C Radiance Peel. Something I chose to try out of curiosity. Sally reassured, answered to all my questions which made me comfortable and less anxious throughout the session. The session was a bit painful, but she made it bearable.

I had Botox about a week ago and I have had a constant headache since then, heavy brows and bruising. One week later I’m getting bruising under my eye. I have tried calling many times and no one ever gets back to you.

When you have the appointment there is no discussion about the negatives or potential downsides, no leaflet or information about after care or what to expect.

During the consultations I kept asking will it affect me physically and the said no, I asked will I be able to move my brows and she said yes. I had two consultations but when I came for the actual appointment she couldn’t remember what we had discussed in the consultations so what is the point of the consultation?

The actual procedure was so rushed, she started injecting me whilst I was still asking questions, she didn’t explain where she would be injecting me or how many units.

She clearly injected too much and as it was my first time what I don’t understand is why wouldn’t you apply a conservative amount see how the person reacts and then top up at the review appointment if necessary? It seems she just did a standard approach without considering my anatom or my personal preferences

When you phone them u will never get through to the clinic, there is no direct phone number you just get through to an overseas call centre, which I have called numerous times and they keep saying the clinic will call you back but they never do.

The aftercare is non-existent. You would expect with a medical procedure some duty of care, some reassurance or just any form of communication but you get nothing.

I would not recommend this place for Botox or any other medical procedure. Show less »

Dr Vara is so sweet, calm and kind.
