I just had my consultation for laser hair removal, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise provided. I just had my consultation for laser hair removal, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise provided. Lauren took the time to thoroughly explain the process, expected results, number of sessions required, and possible side effects. She was were knowledgeable about different skin types and hair colours, and made sure to tailor the treatment plan to my needs.

They also walked me through safety measures, equipment standards, and aftercare instructions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the clinic’s practices.

I arrived at my appointment and reception booked me in and I then waited around the corner. The staff were efficient and welcoming. Then, Rubina came over and took me into the room. She explained the procedure, what I needed to do, asked me if I had any questions, then left me to get dressed. When she returned, we began the laser treatment. Rubina made sure to keep checking in with me throughout the appointment which I really appreciated. The appointment was amazingly fast and I felt comfortable the whole time. Rubina then explained to me the importance of after care where I then went and bought everything I needed at reception. It was my first time experience with this clinic as I couldn’t get appointments on time from laser clinic, I must say the management here is much more efficient than laser clinic.
