She is an absolute asset to your company! The service level was exemplary. Even though I live in London, I would prefer to drive to Mk for my treatment.

Feedback on My Second Laser Treatment Appointment I’m disappointed with my second treatment experience. The practitioner who attended to me made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed to be rushing and showed little concern for my comfort or privacy. When I arrived, she simply asked why I was there and immediately told me to take off my clothes without off... Feedback on My Second Laser Treatment Appointment

I’m disappointed with my second treatment experience. The practitioner who attended to me made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed to be rushing and showed little concern for my comfort or privacy.

When I arrived, she simply asked why I was there and immediately told me to take off my clothes without offering any covering or explaining the process. I felt very exposed and uneasy. She also assumed I was Latin, and when I told her I am Asian, she commented that due to my ethnicity I would always need top-ups because “Asian hair is thick.” This was unnecessary and not professionally phrased, especially considering I was already informed about this during my consultation.

She also mentioned that the machine wasn’t working well and that I would feel more pain — something I believe the clinic should have informed me about beforehand. Throughout the treatment, she worked very fast without giving me time to relax or feel at ease. Although she asked if I was okay, it felt more like a formality rather than genuine care.

Overall, I did not feel respected or looked after during this session, and I will not be booking with her again through the app. Show less »

Lauren took the time to thoroughly explain the process, expected results, number of sessions required, and possible side effects. She was were knowledgeable about different skin types and hair colours, and made sure to tailor the treatment plan to my needs.

They also walked me through safety measures, equipment standards, and aftercare instructions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the clinic’s practices.

Overall, the consultation was informative, reassuring, and left me feeling comfortable moving forward with treatment. I would highly recommend this consultant to anyone considering laser hair removal.

Rubina made sure to keep checking in with me throughout the appointment which I really appreciated. The appointment was amazingly fast and I felt comfortable the whole time. Rubina then explained to me the importance of after care where I then went and bought everything I needed at reception.
