I do not recommend this place, and I am very disappointed with the service. Every time I have an appointment, a different person performs the treatment, and each person does it differently, which has resulted in very poor results. I do not recommend this place, and I am very disappointed with the service. Every time I have an appointment, a different person performs the treatment, and each person does it differently, which has resulted in very poor results.

My appointment was suddenly cancelled three times. The first time, I only found out after arriving at the clinic, and the second time, I was informed while I was already on my way to the appointment.

The last two treatments were performed by a very young and inexperienced employee who seemed to have very little knowledge about the procedure. Unfortunately, I have seen no noticeable results from these treatments.

On top of that, I had booked a laser treatment for three areas, but I was told that I had only booked two and that they would not be able to treat the third area because they “didn’t have time.” When I showed them the confirmation in the app clearly stating that I had booked three areas, I was simply told to come back two hours later.

The whole experience has been extremely unprofessional. There is a clear lack of organisation, consistency, and respect for customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Show less »

My laser hair removal treatment has exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the customer service has been professional, friendly, and welcoming. The level of care and treatment I have received has been excellent.

I am currently on my second laser hair removal session, and I am already seeing amazing results. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I highly recommend Therapy Clinic in Central Milton Keynes to anyone considering laser hair removal. I will definitely be recommending them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I've also purchased laser treatments at the clinic, and every member of the team has been lovely, professional, and always willing to help. The service overall is outstanding, the clinic is clean and comfortable, and I always feel welcomed when I visit.

I have been getting laser treatments at Therapie clinic for 2 years and it’s an amazing place to get this done! I have PCOS and was really worried but my results have been extremely positive. Orietta has been carrying out my last few appointments and she’s the best. She’s very thorough, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable during the appointment :)

Adrianna was attentive and very professional. I was really nervous and unsure, she went through all the none medical importance of skin routine and protection before she spoke of anything else. I felt at ease and trusted her. So the next day went back in and saw her. All the staff came across welcoming and professional. Very pleased.

I have always wanted to do laser but skeptism gets the best of me. I eventually booked a few sessions. Kasia was my therapist today and I had the most pleasant experience (as pleasant as laser can be). She was gentle and reassured me the whole time. Thank you very much for today Kasia. Dr Adriana answered all of my questions, spoke through the pros and cons of the treatment carefully so I could make an informed decision. Feedback on My Second Laser Treatment Appointment

I’m disappointed with my second treatment experience. The practitioner who attended to me made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed to be rushing and showed little concern for my comfort or privacy.

When I arrived, she simply asked why I was there and immediately told me to take off my clothes without offering any covering or explaining the process. I felt very exposed and uneasy. She also assumed I was Latin, and when I told her I am Asian, she commented that due to my ethnicity I would always need top-ups because “Asian hair is thick.” This was unnecessary and not professionally phrased, especially considering I was already informed about this during my consultation.

She also mentioned that the machine wasn’t working well and that I would feel more pain — something I believe the clinic should have informed me about beforehand. Throughout the treatment, she worked very fast without giving me time to relax or feel at ease. Although she asked if I was okay, it felt more like a formality rather than genuine care.

Overall, I did not feel respected or looked after during this session, and I will not be booking with her again through the app. Show less »

Beautiful facilities, front desk staff was very friendly. Dr Latifa Imane was professional and took her time to get to know my past experiences with injectables and listened to my concerns and preferences. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. Lauren has been amazing! Just had my free lazer consultation with Lauren and I cannot be thankful enough for help. I arrived at my appointment and reception booked me in and I then waited around the corner. The staff were efficient and welcoming. Then, Rubina came over and took me into the room. She explained the procedure, what I needed to do, asked me if I had any questions, then left me to get dressed. When she returned, we began the laser treatment. Rubina made sure to keep checking in with me throughout the appointment which I really appreciated. The appointment was amazingly fast and I felt comfortable the whole time. Rubina then explained to me the importance of after care where I then went and bought everything I needed at reception. It was my first time experience with this clinic as I couldn’t get appointments on time from laser clinic, I must say the management here is much more efficient than laser clinic. They fully understood my concerns and requirements and fixed my appointment on desired time even though they were fully booked. Annalise was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout... Show more »
