Kasie is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. Her approach is thorough, calm, and highly professional, which makes the whole experience very reassuring. I felt well looked after from start to finish and continue to notice great results.

I have been getting laser treatments at Therapie clinic for 2 years and it’s an amazing place to get this done! I have PCOS and was really worried but my results have been extremely positive. Orietta has been carrying out my last few appointments and she’s the best. She’s very thorough, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable during the appointment :)

Adrianna was attentive and very professional. I was really nervous and unsure, she went through all the none medical importance of skin routine and protection before she spoke of anything else. I felt at ease and trusted her. So the next day went back in and saw her. All the staff came across welcoming and professional. Very pleased.

I have always wanted to do laser but skeptism gets the best of me. I eventually booked a few sessions. Kasia was my therapist today and I had the most pleasant experience (as pleasant as laser can be). She was gentle and reassured me the whole time. Thank you very much for today Kasia. Dr Adriana answered all of my questions, spoke through the pros and cons of the treatment carefully so I could make an informed decision. Feedback on My Second Laser Treatment Appointment

I’m disappointed with my second treatment experience. The practitioner who attended to me made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed to be rushing and showed little concern for my comfort or privacy.

When I arrived, she simply asked why I was there and immediately told me to take off my clothes without offering any covering or explaining the process. I felt very exposed and uneasy. She also assumed I was Latin, and when I told her I am Asian, she commented that due to my ethnicity I would always need top-ups because “Asian hair is thick.” This was unnecessary and not professionally phrased, especially considering I was already informed about this during my consultation.

She also mentioned that the machine wasn’t working well and that I would feel more pain — something I believe the clinic should have informed me about beforehand. Throughout the treatment, she worked very fast without giving me time to relax or feel at ease. Although she asked if I was okay, it felt more like a formality rather than genuine care.

Overall, I did not feel respected or looked after during this session, and I will not be booking with her again through the app. Show less »

Beautiful facilities, front desk staff was very friendly. Dr Latifa Imane was professional and took her time to get to know my past experiences with injectables and listened to my concerns and preferences. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. I will definitely be back for more services in the future.

They also walked me through safety measures, equipment standards, and aftercare instructions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the clinic’s practices.

Lauren has been amazing! Just had my free lazer consultation with Lauren and I cannot be thankful enough for help. She helped me pick out the best package for me and let me know on any promotions that were going on to save me a little bit of money. She was also really helpful in picking out the best times for me to be coming in for my appointments.
