Charlotte was very professional and she went over everything about the treatment and the process, she also explained any after care and any concerns I may have had. It was a lovely relaxed environment, clean and tidy, I was also given a lovely gift bag of goodies after my treatment. I would fully recommend a consultation and treatment with Charlotte. Hayley is honestly the best aesthetic practitioner I have been to. She was easy to talk to and made me feel welcome, very informative and the room she works in was immaculate. I literally felt so comfortable and confident I was going to leave happy just by speaking to her before hand about what shape to do, I had complete trust in her.
I have never been to a practitioner where I havnt not felt anything but I can say i honestly couldn't feel a thing with Hayley she was so gentle and was always checking I was ok. I highly reccomend Hayley for aesthetics and I will not be going to anyone else in the future for my filler. Show less »

Dr Raquel thoroughly explained not only the treatments that would address my immediate concerns such as polynucleotides, skin boosters and dermal fillers, but also how I could improve the health of my skin myself, through my home skin care regimen, diet and supplements.
We proceeded with a treatment plan to improve my skin texture and laxity, and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in Dr Raquel’s skilled hands, and actively looked forward to my next visits, and the resulting glow!
Having finished my plan several months on, I am delighted with the visible improvements in my skin tone and texture and the definition of my lower face, and take a renewed pleasure in my skincare routine.
