Today was my first time having a full-body laser treatment, and my twin actually recommended Kiana to me after having her first full-body session and I’m so glad she did! Kiana was an absolute delight to have as my consultant at Thérapie Clinic. She explained everything clearly and adjusted the settings to suit my skin type, conditions, and pain tolerance. I really appreciated how professional, meticulous and patient she was; she adapted certain areas to make sure it was gentle and completely pain-free.

Honestly, I felt like I was at a spa! I walked in nervous, expecting it to be as painful as waxing, but it was the complete opposite. I was so relaxed I actually caught myself imagining I was on holiday at the beach, haha.

I’d highly recommend booking with Kiana, she’s a fantastic representative for the company. The other staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad Thérapie opened in Wood Green. I’d heard so many good things, and it couldn’t have been better timing to have a branch so close to home. It really feels like a community there; everyone is warm, polite, and they even remember you between visits, which makes it that much nicer. Even the clients are lovely, I always end up chatting to new people while waiting and literally everyone is so nice.

Kiana also gave me great advice for my skincare and what to do after treatment and so genuine as well, which really reassured me since I was nervous at first. I’m so glad we had that consultation beforehand and now I feel confident and excited to continue my sessions.

I’ve only had one treatment so far for my under eyes and the results have already been amazing – and I still have two more sessions to go!
