I went for my first three sessions of microneedling, facilities are clean if a little on the smaller side but that won’t stop me from returning. The standout was the lovely Marta, she immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. She took the time to explain the process and set realistic expectations, after completing all sessions she updated me with my progress pictures which really highlighted how much my skin had improved, highly recommend her! This was my first laser hair removal session at Parsons Green, and even though I’ve had laser done elsewhere previously, today’s experience really stood out.

Ellie was brilliant, super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything really well, which made me feel completely at ease.

The session was thorough and carried out with real care. I felt like I was in very safe hands.
