1st time doing it here usually go to westfield shepherd's bush can say really happy, nice staff and service greeted with a smile too. The therapist was really nice too and did the laser really well. Im not sure how you spell her name but i think its aura (sorry if I spelt it wrong).

I had an excellent experience with Williana. She’s extremely professional, attentive, and explains everything clearly before and during the laser hair removal sessions. She makes the whole process comfortable and stress-free, and the results have been fantastic. I couldn’t recommend her more!

She explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and her professionalism really stood out. The treatment itself was quick, precise, and virtually painless — far better than I had expected. I could tell right away that Williana is highly skilled and knows exactly what she’s doing. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for her clients make the whole experience five-star. I am having a fantastic laser hair removal experience with Nerjs. Very professional, easy to talk to, provides reassurance and talks me through what she is doing and regularly checks in to see that I'm okay. I'm on my third session and I'm already seeing results!

Overall great experience with Therapie clinic Angel.
