I have loved the service when i started my laser hair removal journey but after i took a pause and started again , I didn’t see any changes on my hair growth even after having many sessions. Though all the staff are lovely,helpful , professional,experienced and understanding, i was not getting the results i was expecting after the sessions. But when i had a session with Adriana I explained her everything and the stress i have as it costs alot right for this treatment, she did understand it and fr that session i have seen a huge difference and i cnt even express in words how happy i was. She even booked me for a review session after 4 weeks of that session where i reached late but still even being on break she gave me her valuable time and attention. I showed her my satisfaction of thay session and how much it has helped to reduce my hair growth. She really gave me again the hope that i am not wasting my hard earned money for nothing. I recently had a hair removal laser treatment with Bona, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Bona explained each step clearly, checked in often to make sure I was okay.

I go to Ms. Bona at the Ealing Broadway branch for microneedling, hydrafacial, and hair removal, and she’s amazing! She’s super friendly, always smiling, and makes me feel really comfortable. I honestly look forward to my sessions with her every time. Highly recommend!

I had booked 10 laser sessions, and my anxiety grew bigger for every session I had, as my pain threshold is really low. However , I had my 5th session. With Bona and it was amazing. Adriana is amazing! She always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease during my sessions. She’s professional, friendly and always explains things clearly so I know what to expect. The receptionists are also always so helpful! I couldn’t recommend her and this clinic more!

I was always nervous about lip fillers because I didn’t want that overfilled look. Dr. Narjes gave me the most beautiful, natural lips, just a little more volume and definition. They’re soft, hydrated and exactly how I imagined. She has such an eye for detail.

I’ve now had 2 sessions, and I’ve seen a big difference already, I wouldn’t say laser is pain free but it isn’t bad. Simone my therapist is amazing, talks me though all the more sensitive areas. Would definitely recommend doing it to anyone.

I have had laser hair removal done a few times at a few different places and have not really seen much difference however I now have Simone as my laser technician and she is really AMAZING, I see the difference immediately! Been coming for a while and there is a reason why I always keep coming back. Meheneet is amazing. She always acknowledges your concerns and makes you feel so comfortable during your sessions. I feel the therapist always go too quickly. I’ve had laser done for over a decade and speed does really make an impact when you’ve got thick hair.
