Overall, the staff have been polite and professional, but I wanted to share some feedback about my laser treatment experience.

I feel there could be a more thorough assessment before each session. For example, I have not been asked whether there are specific areas where I am seeing more or less hair growth so that the treatment can be adjusted accordingly.

I have also noticed that my face is not checked properly before treatment to ensure it has been shaved adequately. On a few occasions, there have still been visible hairs in certain areas, but these were not identified or addressed before starting the laser session.

Another concern is that, apart from one appointment, the treatment areas have not been marked before the laser is performed. The clinicians have generally asked which areas need treating and then started the procedure straight away. From my previous experience with laser treatments, marking the treatment areas helps ensure complete coverage and reduces the chance of missing sections.

After completing three full sessions, I still feel that some areas may not have been treated consistently, as I continue to notice patchy results and have not seen the level of improvement I was expecting. I appreciate that results vary between individuals, but I would value a more detailed assessment and a more methodical approach during each appointment to help ensure the treatment is as effective as possible.

I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve the overall patient experience.

This keeps the feedback factual, balanced, and specific while clearly explaining the areas where you think the clinic could improve. Show less »

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Zeinab. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Her warm and approachable nature made it easy to communicate and feel at ease. As a first-timer getting Botox, she made me feel completely comfortable and safe. Dr. Zeinab is a genuinely lovely person, and her positive energy made a real difference. I’m very grateful for her care and support! I’ll definitely be coming back 🥰 Show less »
