I had my polynucleotide injections at this clinic twice, with two different nurses/doctors.

My first experience (with the Asian lady) was fine. However, my second appointment (with a blonde nurse/doctor whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) was quite concerning.

I have struggled with acne and acne scars since I was 17, so the condition of my skin is extremely important to me. Whenever I undergo a procedure, I always pay close attention to cleanliness and, most importantly, the practitioner’s hygiene.

During this visit, while opening the needle, the nurse placed the packaging inside the bin and touched the bin multiple times. I felt uncomfortable asking her to change her gloves, as I’m not usually someone who wants to appear difficult. I let her inject one cheek, but when she changed the needle again, she once more touched the bin. This time, I politely asked if she could change her gloves, as I was worried about them coming into contact with my cheeks, which were bleeding from the procedure.

She responded lightly, saying, “Don’t worry, the bin is clean — we clean every day here.”

At that point, there wasn’t much more to say. I left feeling uneasy and worried, as I’m always concerned about bacteria and the possibility of making my skin condition worse.

I personally will not return to this Clinic, but that is my own preference.

The whole experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The staff are always welcoming and professional, and the clinic is super clean and comfortable. I especially want to mention Aliza, who’s done my treatment twice, she was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and was so gentle and thorough during the session.

Each appointment is quick and easy, and I really appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable everyone is. If you’ve been considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend it, I’ve had such a great experience and love the results so far! Show less »

What I really appreciate is how the treatment is adjusted based on any feedback I give about sensitivity, so it always feels tailored to me. The guidelines and aftercare advice are clear and reassuring, which makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Colette in particular has been absolutely amazing. She has customised my therapy so that I never feel any discomfort, and she’s always thoughtful and professional. I’m really pleased with my results so far and very glad I chose this place for my laser hair removal. Show less »

5 stars – Incredible Full Body Laser Experience with Aida!

I cannot recommend Aida enough for full body laser hair removal – she is an absolute gem! From the very first session, I felt completely at ease. She’s warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about your comfort and results.

The treatment room is spotless, calming, and well-equipped, and Aida always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. I’ve had laser before elsewhere, but this has been by far the most effective experience. Her technique is precise and thorough and actually delivers noticeable results even after the first few sessions.

She also gives great aftercare advice and checks in to make sure your skin is reacting well, which shows how much she goes above and beyond.

Honestly, if you’re thinking about starting laser – especially full body – go to Aida. She’s a perfectionist in the best way, and I’ve never felt more confident in my skin. 10/10! Show less »

She was so kind and caring and so so patient with me , it was incredible. She knew how to take care of me , and carefully do her work and calm me down all at the same time. The session is over by super smoothly , it was very caring , and it barely hurt. I was very grateful to have had such a lovely and nuturing and incredibly safe environment from Aida and I feel so much more confident for my next appointment. I can’t wait. Show less »
