It was my first visit to the Stockbridge and had an appointment with Klaudia. My issue was and still is my hyperpigmentation, Klaudia sat down with me did the test where you can see the level of the pigmentation and what areas affect. My issue was and still is my hyperpigmentation, Klaudia sat down with me did the test where you can see the level of the pigmentation and what areas affect. She recommended some products which I have been religiously using and waiting to see the improvement.
I like when people take you seriously and they don’t try to help you without pushing products or treatments because it’s their duty.
I would definitely go back and see her as she is friendly and polite but also knowledgeable.

This is a doctor-led clinic, and the team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly have a deep understanding of facial aesthetics and injectable treatments. I felt completely confident and at ease in their hands.
The clinic itself is relaxed, welcoming, and such a lovely place to visit it genuinely feels calm and reassuring the moment you walk in. Everything is explained thoroughly, and the care and attention to detail really set them apart.

The treatment was done by Karen. Karen is Very knowledgeable and very kind. She explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. The treatment was an hour long and I felt zero pain (actually was relaxing). I left feeling glowing and coul already notice visible change on my face. Karen is absolutely incredible. She made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic uses the ND YAG laser which is safe and effective for dark skin and I started seeing amazing results after my first session. I love this clinic, the staff are lovely! Special mention to Karen who has been doing my laser genesis treatment, which has helped with my rosacea acne flare ups. I have seen a significant difference as my acne has almost gone and I am now just left with some stubborn redness which I hope will fade more as we continue. It’s always a warm welcome, and a very... Definitely recommend! It was vital for me to find someone who I could trust and given Bens medical background I knew this would be the place for me.
My consultation was thorough , relaxed and unique to my skin goals.On my appointment day I was at ease throughout, all questions answered and reassured, and it didn't hurt at all which is an absolute win!
