I cannot recommend The Dental Centre in Bedford highly enough. The level of care here is truly exceptional.

I first saw Dr Naidoo a year ago and returned today for my one-year follow-up. The improvement in my teeth over the past year has been significant. I actually fly over from America a few times a year to visit family and I now make sure to schedule my dental appointments here while I’m in the UK. That alone says everything about how much I trust this practice.

Last year, I had an infected pocket at the back of my mouth. Dr Naidoo referred me to Sara, the hygienist, who was absolutely fantastic. She numbed the area thoroughly and carried out a deep cleaning, including treating the infected area. Thanks to her care and expertise, the infection has completely resolved.

Sara and Dr Naidoo are both outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion, especially considering the quality of care you receive. The ladies at the front desk are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating as well.

An all-around excellent practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Show less »

I was referred to The Dental Centre Bedford for specialist periodontic treatment after my regular dentist identified a need for expert care. It felt a bit daunting at first but I instantly felt relaxed as soon as I met with Dr. Mario Veltri.

During the consultation, his knowledge and expertise were clearly outstanding. He took the time to explain my options and made me feel completely at ease.
My case is quite complex. I especially appreciated the detailed follow-up letter outlining the costs and the various treatment paths.

While the treatment is a significant investment, I'm very grateful for the finance options provided to me by the practice. It has helped me to make my decision a lot easier, therefore making it possible for me to proceed with this essential care.

I highly recommend Dr. Veltri for anyone needing specialist gum care and look forward to starting my treatment soon. Show less »

​My initial phone call with Marianne was incredibly helpful. She was very informative and took the time to explain exactly where I should (and shouldn't!) park, which made my arrival stress-free. When booking my hygienist appointment, the process was transparent; they clearly explained the deposit requirement and how the remainder is settled on the day. They also made sure I fully understood their 48-hour working notice cancellation policy, so there were no surprises.
​The appointment itself was excellent. Sara (the hygienist) and Tia (the nurse) were absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming from the moment I walked into the room, which immediately put me at ease. Sara provided a thorough explanation of everything she was doing throughout the treatment.

Highly highly recommend The Dental Centre Bedford. I came as a recommendation after having a very bad experience with a dentist in Shefford. The receptionist Jade was so lovely when booking in my appointment and understanding my anxiety when I explained my previous experience. Dr Joe was able to put me at ease, then save & fix my (previously botched) root canal which I am highly highly grateful for. I decided to stay with the practice for the rest of the treatment I needed. Dr Joe only does root canal so then I went to Dr Sam & her dental nurse for a filling and a crown. I explained my previous bad experience, to which they both made me feel really validated and again put me at ease. I was nervous for the treatment but it went smoothly and they kept checking all was ok. They are also really friendly which definitely helps put the nerves at ease. You can tell Dr Sam has lots of experience and knows how to comfort nervous patients, equally she is just a very warm and lovely person. Recently referred for Root Canal by my dentist as they weren’t confident they’d successfully complete it. As someone who is pretty rubbish with Dentists, I was naturally pretty nervous. Raad however made me feel very at ease, explaining the process throughout. I’ve since completed two sessions where he’s saved my tooth and I’m now going back to my dentist to have a crown fitted. Rishil, my chosen dentist was very professional and friendly at my first consultation. He took X-rays of my teeth as well as guiding me through a treatment plan explaining where we needed to ‘look after’ the most.
Sara, the hygienist - Wow, what a talented lovely lady. I’ve never been guided through my oral care like this before! She took the time to explain every step and made sure I was always comfortable before proceeding to the next one.
I walked out feeling, as well as smiling from ear to ear with a new set of shiny teeth.
So pleased I’ve changed practices and therefore I highly recommend them to anyone needing a change. Show less »
