I had a filling done at the clinic today, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received.
From the moment I arrived, Alison was incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of her way to fit me in. Her warm welcome immediately put me at ease.

I was very anxious about my treatment, but Dr. Claire was exceptional. She was patient, gentle, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I wasn’t able to thank her properly afterward because my lips were still numb, but I am so grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

A big thank you as well to Emma, Dr. Claire’s assistant, who was equally caring, supportive, and professional. Together, they made what I expected to be a stressful appointment a very positive experience.

Being away from home and away from my brother, who has been looking after my teeth, made me quite nervous about needing dental treatment. Finding a team that made me feel so safe, cared for, and supported means more than I can express. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that if I ever need dental care while I’m here, I know exactly where to go.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care, compassion, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Dr. Pitamber was incredibly courteous and made him feel completely at ease from the very beginning. His gentle approach throughout the procedure was truly reassuring, and took great care to ensure our friend was comfortable at every stage.

His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail are exceptional. Everything was explained clearly, which gave us complete confidence that he was in very capable hands. The post-operative recovery went extremely smoothly, which is a real testament to the high standard of care he received.

I initially attended for a dental implant, which was carried out by another dentist. Unfortunately, the implant did not feel quite right and there was a noticeable gap, so I was later referred to Andrew for further treatment.

From the moment I met Andrew, I felt completely at ease. He was friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured I understood my options, which I really appreciated.

What stood out the most to me was his honesty and integrity. I had asked about the possibility of getting composite bonding, but rather than agreeing to a treatment that would have cost me a significant amount of money, he carefully assessed my teeth and advised that it wasn’t necessary. Instead, he recommended whitening as a more suitable and cost-effective option for what I was looking to achieve.

That kind of honest advice is something I value highly. It made me feel that he genuinely cared about giving me the right treatment, rather than simply carrying out a more expensive procedure.

Andrew not only resolved the issue with my implant, but also provided a level of care and professionalism that really stood out. His friendly manner and trustworthy approach made the entire experience a positive one.

I’ve always been scared of the dentist since I was a child and let my dental work slip because of this. When I first spoke to Alison, I explained all of this to her and she and the rest of the dental team couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding and more patient. . In 2024 I started off with an appointment to see Pav for a possible implant and that started off my road to dental recovery. Thanks to the team at Courtyard my mouth feels amazing now and more importantly, I’m no longer afraid to get into the dentist chair. They’ve taken somebody who hyperventilates of the thought of even booking an appointment to someone who’s quite happy to come in willingly without someone holding her hand.. I’ve had a phobia of the dentist my entire adult life, and I reached a point where I knew I needed to get past this to be able to get through much needed treatment. I chose this dentist back in 2021 due to their previous reviews and the fact that other nervous patients had had a great experience there. Since then, I have had several fillings, hygiene appointments, a root canal and more than 18 months of Invisalign treatment. Beena in particular is absolutely brilliant - she is kind, patient and very thorough with the Invisalign treatment. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the practice itself is cosy and homely.

I had a really great experience at The Courtyard Clinic. Claire did whitening and a crown fitting for me – I was a particularly tricky case as the tooth I was covering was grey, but they did an amazing job at making it super natural. I also go to Kate for my hygienist appointments and she’s absolutely wonderful. Would recommend her to everyone!
One of the bonuses of going to The Courtyard Clinic is how easy it is to communicate with the receptionists, dentists and nurses prior to and following appointments if you have any questions/concerns. They are really attentive and reply so quickly via WhatsApp – it makes for a very smooth and personal experience. Show less »

I can't recommend this dentist practice enough. A very modern but comfortable environment with a great team of professionals which makes the whole experience a pleasant one.
