From the moment I stepped in the door for my first consultation I was made to feel very welcome by the ladies on reception and Dr Manning. At my initial consultation Dr Manning was very kind and helpful, explaining the procedures that would be suitable for me and answering any questions I had. We decided together that I would have the thread lift at the first appointment and then some Ellansé® Dermal Fillers a couple of weeks later. Two weeks after my initial consultation I had the thread lift and Dr Manning talked me through every step, explaining what she was doing as we went through the procedure. When I went back for the dermal fillers the results of the threading were already noticeable, which I was very pleased about. The effect of the fillers was noticeable immediately. Overall the kindness shown by all members of the team helped to make the experience truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend the Bournemouth skin clinic and especially Dr Manning to anyone who wants good facial treatment, in a relaxing environment, by a lovely team. Show less »

Dr Charlotte was really lovely, explained everything, was very careful and measured when doing my treatment. Minimal pain and hardly any bruising afterwards (I usually bruise like a peach!) I’ve had more bruising after Botox (not with River Aesthetics though!), I had the Ellansé, highly recommend, and if you’re thinking of having it then have it with River A... Show more »

I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though it’s a 2hr trip for me. Brilliant ! Show less »

I was dubious about receiving toxin injections but wanted to try the treatment prior to our wedding. From the moment I spoke to the lovely ladies in reception through to the treatment itself with Dr. Victoria, I've not regretted it. The clinic is spotless and the service is faultless. Dr. Victoria is extremely personable and thorough and even recommended an injection, as part of my treatment, for my gummy smile which had bothered me for some time. She didn't push at all and it was great to be told that Botox could do this as I was clueless. I am so chuffed with the results and have been frequenting now since February. I have had so many compliments and a few friends and family members are now considering toxin treatment off the back of my results. I would highly recommend! Show less »
