Was really unimpressed with my facial today. I’ve been to this clinic twice before around 1-2 years ago and had a fabulous hydra facial, unfortunately this time it felt completely rushed. I was told half way through that one of the suction tools wasnt working and that she would spend longer on the LED light and give me a free skin booster. Well, the LED light couldnt of been on my face for a shorter time, and did she put the skin booster on? I wouldnt know as she did not go through the steps with me, which i feel is a nice detail to go through with your client. Felt it was a total waste of money!! Show less »

Zelinda did my lazer and microneedling She is the best.
It really upset me when i found out that her working hours have been reduced.
Doesnt make sense that one of the best therapist’s hours are reduced.
Management should rethink this

I can't recommend Swiss Care Clinic Potters Bar enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff (Anam & Leah) made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly professional, answering all my questions and explaining the process in detail, which really eased my nerves. The session itself was quick and virtually painless, thanks to the skilled technician Leah who handled everything with care. I’m thrilled with the outcome! Came for facial, nice staff, welcoming.
Nice salon, clean rooms. Variety of treatments. Toilets available, it was missing a mirror. Treatment was nice, relaxing, made my face look nice. Would come back. Thank you.

A beautiful salon with beautiful staff. I have started my laser journey with Zelinda after a bad experience at a previous salon and I am so pleased that I have! She is extremely knowledgable, caring and makes you feel so comfortable straight away. I have also had a hydrafacial with her in the past and she really is the best!
