Last week I went in to Swiss Care for one of my regular filler top-ups and had also been invited to their “drinks with clients” event, which was described as a celebration with bubbles, some food, and a goodie bag. I was also encouraged to book a treatment for the same day, which I did.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I would attend this event again. I felt uncomfortable from the start. When I first mentioned that I had a treatment booked, a lady in the reception asked, “Okay, but are you our client?” which set an odd tone.
While the women in front of me were offered food and drinks, I wasn’t approached or acknowledged. After my treatment, which was in fact not 30min - because they were all so busy that day - I noticed that the person before me received a goodie bag, but I wasn’t given one. I waited for my friend to finish her appointment and she received one as well, yet staff continued to walk past me without offering anything not even a glass of water while I was sitting there.
In the end, I had to ask for the goodie bag that had been advertised, and the whole situation left me feeling invisible and out of place. Overall, it ended up feeling like a disappointing and unnecessary use of my time. I’m sorry but based on the whole situation I will NEVER be returning to Swiss Care.
