I had the most amazing experience with Zelinda today! I came in for a laser treatment and was blown away by her professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. From the moment I walked in, Zelinda made me feel completely at ease, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way.
The treatment itself was smooth and surprisingly relaxing, and I could tell she really knows her craft. Her attention to detail and gentle approach is always very appreciated.

Zelinda is truly gifted at what she does - you can feel that she cares deeply about her clients and their well-being. I left feeling confident, cared for, and already looking forward to my next session.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent facial appointment. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed with the service I received. Although my appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, I wasn’t taken in until 12:45 PM, and it ended at 1:20 PM—lasting about 35 minutes in total. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent facial appointment. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed with the service I received.

Although my appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, I wasn’t taken in until 12:45 PM, and it ended at 1:20 PM—lasting about 35 minutes in total. The treatment I booked was the one-hour Hydro Facial priced at £125, so I was expecting a more comprehensive and hands-on experience. However, around 10 minutes were spent under steam and another 10 minutes under light therapy, leaving very little time for the actual facial work.

As a result, I didn’t feel that I received the full benefits of a proper facial.

This was my first visit to your place and I was genuinely looking forward to finding a gentler alternative to high-pressure treatments. I had hoped for a relaxing and effective session, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations and didn’t feel like a complete facial. Show less »
