Really disappointed. Felt like I was used for a quick buck. I had some basic acne on my shoulders and chest after a bodybuilding competition. Turned up for a consultation that lasted about ten minutes—would’ve been two if I didn’t try to get at least some of my money’s worth by asking questions about how the skin works.

They sent me away with a generic antibiotic course. The consultation cost £175, and on top of that, I paid another £50 for antibiotics that did absolutely nothing.

I sent them multiple emails raising concerns about how ineffective the treatment was. After a few follow-ups, they finally replied—only to push me toward another paid consultation. I sent them updated photos of my skin, which they had agreed to review via email... then they just ignored me.

In the end, I went to an online fitness coach instead, and he cleared it up almost immediately. It turned out to be related to diet and hormones—something I even suspected and told the skin clinic about from the start. Show less »

Even though my one and only laser treatment session was good, I have lost 450£ with the company liquidation which has left me with no trust or faith in the new owners. I have received an email about the re-opening encouraging me to book more appointments with new payment!! Totally not acceptable and will never happen. If anyone knows how to get a refund, ple... Highly unimpressed and annoyed with this company. Had a mole removal booked for July, they took £185 of my money as payment for 5 minute consultation and down payment towards treatment. Highly unimpressed and annoyed with this company.
Had a mole removal booked for July, they took £185 of my money as payment for 5 minute consultation and down payment towards treatment. The company went into liquidation 5 days before my scheduled surgery, I was not aware of this. Myself and my partner took time off work for this appointment only to arrive to a note on the door saying the company was no longer trading and no appointments/treatments would be taking place.

I then received an email a week ago saying the company has reposed in a new location. I ring to rearrange my appointment to be told my precious payment dosent count and I have to pay full price once again. Needless to say they can shove their appointment and will.not be getting anymore money out of me.
Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers. Would not recommend anyone using this service as you get swindled out of your money with no regard or apology.

This let down added to what has been a difficult year for myself and my partner, and has added to my mental health battles as a other disappointment once again.
