Booked a skincare consultation, thought it was free, but paid a £25 deposit that I didn’t get back even after attending the appointment. The person who did my consultation didn’t even wash her hands before putting it all over my face, literally put it on my face as soon as we stepped into the room and I hadn’t even sat down yet. Addressed my concerns about uneven skin tone and having trouble finding foundation shades and was told to just mix two foundations together…. Instead of letting me know how to tackle the problem. Big waste of time, I don’t recommend them at all. Show less »
