Shannaz visited me at home as I am unable to travel. Her communication was excellent so I knew exactly when she would be arriving, as she was very punctual. Shannaz was extremely personable and even though it was our first meeting, she put me at ease straight away with her chatty relaxed, friendly personality. As a registered nurse of 30 years Shannaz was able to explained exactly what the procedure would involve in a manner that I was able to understand easily, and prepared the instruments required in a professional and sterile nature. I would recommend Shannaz without hesitation for all Aesthetic services, she is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and obviously loves her work. I have rebooked for next month. Show less »
