Ruby was super friendly and made me feel really at ease during my wax. I was a little apprehensive as it’s been a while since my last was but she made me feel super relaxed a comfortable. She also did a great job with the wax, fast and efficient. I will be booking again. Thank you! ☺️❤️

I’ve been coming to ruby wax for a good couple of years or more absolutely wonderful staff any treatment you want to book I dont think twice I get on with it that’s I how much I trust this place I’ve had waxing to lash lift and now have my vitamins done here too ladies get booking you won’t be disappointed

I came here last year for my very first intimate wax and was super uncomfortable going in. I was asked if this was my first wax and I said yes, but was given no reassurance and I don't think anyone even smiled at me once. It all felt very clinical and not at all the welcoming experience I saw on reviews.
