I started using Riverbanks and the v beam laser in the hope after 2 attempts years ago on the NHS that my port wine stain birthmark may be removed or improved. I am so happy with the results! No more camouflage make up and pain in hands ! Staff are caring and efficient and take you through every step of the process . This is life changing for me so much easi... Show more »

Very efficient online consultation with a thorough history taken and good understanding of my skin concern and its timeline. The dermatologist took time to explain the laser procedure clearly, including how it works and what to expect after treatment. Looking forward to next steps!

Ive had rosacea for years and came across v-beam at the clinic. I saw the before and after photos of those who’ve had the treatment here and thought great! Finally something that is going to help with the redness. My therapist was nice, she was friendly, was patient during the treatment. As for results - I see little to no difference. Considering my redness wasn’t the worst, I was hoping by the third treatment there would be at least a reduction. Considering I paid top end for the sessions, having not even a 10% change is disappointing. Definitely wasn’t worth being out of pocket £600+ for. Show less »

I can’t say enough good things about the Vbeam laser treatment at Riverbanks Wellness Clinic. I've struggled with severe rosacea, particularly with bumps on my forehead and around my eyes. After being recommended the Vbeam laser, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my skin. It has truly calmed down, allowing me to regain my confidence.
