I had a sculpting and buccal facial massage today with Ellie and my skin has never had a glow so good. I’ve been experiencing some pain in my jaw from clenching and Rituals are rolling out a new buccal massage, which I thought I’d trial. The buccal massage was amazing and I can feel the instant relief in the pain in my jaw. Ellie also massaged my neck and chest to relieve the muscle tension. All in all, the experience was amazing, my skin is glowing and my muscles feel less tight. Ellie and Alice are such lovely and talented people and I will 100% be going back for another session. I called to see if I could get an appointment for my nails to be done, I have never been to this salon before but the reviews was good so I called to see if they could help me. I needed an old set of nails taking off and new ones applied, the lady I spoke to for me just felt like she wasn’t interested at all in my custom because as she put it she didn’t work... Show more »

I called to see if I could get an appointment for my nails to be done, I have never been to this salon before but the reviews was good so I called to see if they could help me. I needed an old set of nails taking off and new ones applied, the lady I spoke to for me just felt like she wasn’t interested at all in my custom because as she put it she didn’t work with drills. I wasn’t asking her to use a drill and I explained that if I could get them taken off elsewhere could she fit me in either in a weekend of one evening as I work till late. To this she said she wasn’t free untill February!!!! I just felt that she was fobbing me off and didn’t want to help me. As a potential new client I don’t feel the warm welcome that had been described in past feedback. So I personally wouldn’t recommend this salon and would just say that maybe think about how how you want to be perceived to new clients. I went on to get an appointment with a really lovely salon in town who was more than happy to help me. Show less »
