I went in today to get a skin tag on my temple removed. It had been bothering me for a while. I used their CyroPen treatment and it was effortless! It was an entirely positive experience during which I felt listened to, reassured and learnt so much about aesthetics and the options available. Rosie was very intuitive and helped me to work out what was right for me. Subsequent treatments have led to much improved skin tone and were provided by lovely, friendly staff. What really stood out to me was how comfortable and at ease Dr. Alice made me feel. She thoroughly explained each step and has a very calming and reassuring demeanour.

The clinic itself is also wonderful. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
