I recently visited for masseter Botox and had a fantastic experience with Rosey. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the consultation, she explained everything in great depth, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable.

Nothing felt rushed at any point. When it came to the actual treatment, Rosey checked in with me throughout, ensured my concerns were fully addressed beforehand. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout. I’ve come away feeling really positive and confident that I’ll see great results. I also have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks.

I highly recommend the clinic and Rosey for anyone considering treatments. Show less »

I have been to Dr Alice several times and couldn’t recommend more highly. The clinic is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean as well as feeling so relaxing like a spa. I went in today to get a skin tag on my temple removed. It had been bothering me for a while. I used their CyroPen treatment and it was effortless! It was an entirely positive experience during which I felt listened to, reassured and learnt so much about aesthetics and the options available. Rosie was very intuitive and helped me to work out what was right for me. Subsequent treatments have led to much improved skin tone and were provided by lovely, friendly staff. Dr. Alice is truly amazing. Her passion for her work is evident, and she takes such pride in ensuring the best possible results for her patients.

What really stood out to me was how comfortable and at ease Dr. Alice made me feel. She thoroughly explained each step and has a very calming and reassuring demeanour.

The clinic itself is also wonderful. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
