Having had enough bad experiences form dentists in my life it is very reassuring to be treated by Dr Abigail, she always takes time for a little chat to put you at your ease, her dental work is painless, I have just had a tooth removed and had no pain or discomfort. However from the first consultation to the finished product I have been met with a friendly team who have given me all options with no pressure.
Dr Chia Yeoh and dental nurse Lucy Hainsworth worked so well as a team, no drama or if there was it wasn’t evident, thank goodness.
No one needs to fear having an implant or two. There was always plenty of time between all procedures so that recovery was possible.
I would have no problem recommending this dental practice or the staff within from the friendly reception to those I have met at the “sharp end”.

Huge thanks to Cheng and Lucy at Perfect 32! After 18 months of braces, I’m thrilled with my new smile. I was a very nervous patient, but their reassurance and professionalism made all the difference. I feel so much more confident now. Highly recommended!

I hate going to the dentist, as do many others, but my experience at Perfect 32 was excellent. My appointment was with Luis, who I found to be kind, gentle, informative and very reassuring. He left me with a sense of trust and of genuinely being listened to.

My autistic son saw the most wonderful hygienist Anisa , she went above and beyond throughout the appointment, clear explaining of what was happening and when , gave breaks throughout, she knew techniques to make the experience manageable and comfortable for him , so much so that the once anxious patient asked if he could book in agsin , Thankyou Anisa

I visited Perfect 32 Dental Practice as an emergency patient yesterday as directed by NHS 111. On arrival I was welcomed and took a seat, filled out the necessary forms etc and waited to see the dentist. my appointment was with Anastasiia. Earlier that morning I had broke a tooth and she informed me of the options I had regarding treatment. During the treatment her manner and deminur were exceptional, reassuring me at every step. My experience at this surgery was above and beyond expectations, from the receptionist, the cleanliness of the surgery and the wonderful care I received during my visit. My dentist is Dr Anastasiia Khrypunova, she is simply excellent, looking after me and my daughter. Extremely professional and has recently given me the easiest, pain free filing ever!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Perfect 32. From the very first visit, Dr. Chia, Dr. Trevor, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They are incredibly professional, attentive, and always take the time to explain every step of the process, which really put me at ease.

Firstly, I completed my orthodontic treatment with Dr Trevor, and I am beyond thrilled with the results—my smile has completely transformed! Then on to composite bonding in which Dr Chia did an amazing job.

Throughout the journey, the staff was supportive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best outcome possible.

The office is always clean, welcoming, and efficient, and I never felt rushed or like “just another patient.” It’s clear that Dr. Chia, Dr. Trevor, and their team truly care about the people they treat.

Count myself lucky to have a dentist and even luckier for it to be Perfect 32. Had nothing but considered care, compassion and empathy. Reception are always accommodating and happy to help and the few dentists I have seen are brilliant. I receive emails to book my check ups in and find this is a relatively straight forward process. Would recommend

I was told about the work I needed and the costs up front. I never felt any pressure to go ahead but I chose to and it was money well spent.

All the work I had done was to a very high standard and was completely painless.

After my treatment finished I had a clean and air flow treatment to get rid of any stains on my teeth which has made a big difference.

Everyone who works there is very polite and kind. The surgery itself is very clean and modern and there is plenty of parking.

I am now staying with Perfect 32 for all future check ups and highly recommend them. Show less »
