Purely due to the fact I have a medical condition which may have caused some complications. Steph was very knowledgeable, she addressed any concerns and answered all my questions professionally. I did not feel pressured or obligated and Steph let me lead the way. I wanted a medical professional who I could trust to provide safe procedures and natural results. Stephanie is incredible. From the moment you enquire through to the after care she is respectfully guiding and supporting you every step of the way. She offers advice and talks you through all options, clearly explaining and detailing all treatments available but never making you feel under pressure or upselling treatments. She has always provided me with the highest levels of professionalism in every interaction. I would not hesitate is recommending Steph to anyone! She was very welcoming and informative about the treatment, made sure I throughly understood the process and aftercare, and checked in throughout. Steph has a very professional and calm manner. She talked me through every step of my lip filler injections using mirror.
We discussed how much filler was used as I wanted a natural look.
I was left with fuller natural looking lips which is exactly what I wanted.
Highly recommend.

Steph has the perfect combination of knowledge and skill. She takes the time to explain everything with great care and has the expertise to advise on the best course of treatment. She carried out both treatments I have had perfectly and the results were the best I’ve had. She is brilliant at what she does and I would not hesitate to recommend her!

The results are very natural looking yet have made such a difference with the way I feel about myself. If anyone is thinking of having treatment yet is nervous or unsure I can definitely recommend Steph. Before I saw Steph I was very unsure as you hear so many things about Botox, but once I had my consultation I was put at ease, with no pressure to go ahead, every question was answered and Steph was honest, friendly and reassuring.
