His gentle manner and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. I left my appointment not only pain-free but also so much less anxious about coming back next time.

The dental practice committed gross malpractice because they failed to provide basic care treatment to me (their patient) by refusing to prescribe antibiotics emergency that had just finished, this made worsening the infection, also risk antibiotic resistance due to the interruption of antibiotic therapy before treatment completed. The dental practice committed gross malpractice because they failed to provide basic care treatment to me (their patient) by refusing to prescribe antibiotics emergency that had just finished, this made worsening the infection, also risk antibiotic resistance due to the interruption of antibiotic therapy before treatment completed.

They gave 15 tablets of 500 mg of amoxicillin, which they prescribed for 5 days, which is underdose. The optimal dosage of Amoxycillin is four doses of 500 mg per day. On 21st July, I called the dentist to ask for more antibiotics because it's still in pain, but they ignored it. On 23rd July, an emergency prescription request for antibiotics was refused again, Resulting in the infection worsening because the treatment was underdose and the bacteria were not eradicated completely due to refusal of emergency prescription request on 23rd July, now I can't open my mouth and I can't eat. I can only drinking water, because so much pain on my teeth, making me unable to sleep & stress.

The dental practice has no basic medical knowledge of the risk of bacterial resistance due to the underdose antibiotic therapy & too early interruption.

This is a form of gross malpractice by a dental practice who do not understand the biomechanism of antibiotic treatment and can endanger the patient's life.

My response to your dishonest reply on 21st August 2025: I must make clear that I have all the evidence showing what I described above. And It's you who cancelled the appointment on 24th July 2025. As I stated above, you don't have basic knowledge that antibiotics treatment interruption risking bacteria resistance. I've called you on Monday 21st July that your underdose prescription of antibiotics are running out, but you ignored and told me to call back when it's already run out, which run out on Tuesday 22nd July night. But, when I called you again on 23rd July morning, you simply made another appointment on 24th July & still refuse to prescribe enough dose of antibiotics. Your attempts to delay things shows that you don't care about patient's health and you don't understand basic knowledge that antibiotics treatment interruption & underdose has higher risk of bacterial resistance. I even feel that you probably deliberately prolonging my suffering to squeeze more money from me (patient), as I'm private patient. You have committed Gross Malpractice. Show less »

I had my first appointment today with dentist Julie and dental nurse Elke. From previous bad experience growing up having a lot of work done I have a fear of dentists. Being in pain for months but other dentists not helping at all. However walking into the room and was instantly welcomed, felt comfortable. Julie was really gentle and explained everything so well, instantly have resolved my problem, left the room feeling instant relief. Both Julie and Elke were fab with my two toddlers, giving them stickers and helping whilst I was having my appointment.
