I come here to have all my treatments done and I would never go anywhere else. Claire & Ian are the kindest most genuine people you will ever meet. They are incredibly knowledgable, thorough and reassuring throughout. The clinic itself is stunning and absolutely spotless. Starting my aesthetics training was a huge step for me, i have always struggled with imposter syndrome and self belief. From the very beginning, Ian and Claire have supported me, encouraged me and helped me to build my confidence in more ways I could imagine.

Their knowledge and expertise are incredible. Ian has an exceptional way of teaching, being sure to cover even the smallest details that make all the difference in aesthetics. He has inspired me to carry on further reading, researching & diving deeper into the magic of aesthetics. The complex areas I was nervous to cover, Ian made so fun to learn that it was easier to understand and take in. You will have the best day in the clinic with Ian, he made me laugh the whole way through. He is such a gentle, happy man who will make you smile all day long and settle any nerves.

My education has not just been in their beautiful clinic, day to day any questions or worries I have I only have to drop Claire a message and she will respond with so much detail, ensuring my questions are answered and I have full understanding. The ongoing support they offer gives you such a sense of safety when you first step out on your own, as you’re never alone with Mariko behind you.

As a mum of two children, I really value their belief that family comes first. Ian and Claire have always taken the time to understand my commitments, my training days and times were arranged around my children. This made the training days run so smoothly without the background worry of having to leave my children for more time than necessary.

They genuinely want to see their students succeed. They have made me feel so seen and every milestone I’ve hit they’ve been there celebrating my progress with me. They believed in me, which has made me believe in myself and know I can achieve my goals if I just keep going 🤍

Choosing to train with Mariko has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to start or develop their journey in aesthetics. Myself and my family are forever grateful for their kindness and support, I have made life long friends in Ian and Claire.

His knowledge, experience, and confidence are clear from the very first session and we always feel we’re in the best hands.
I also want to mention his lovely wife, who is always incredibly warm and welcoming. Together, they create such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere that you immediately feel at ease the moment you walk in.
