I was a little nervous before my appointment, but Zana’s warm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. She was thorough, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose this clinic, and I can’t wait for my next session. I have had roughly 12 sessions of laser hair removal. All the beauty therapists have been very polite and professional. They cater to clients of different backgrounds and ethnicities.
Today I was treated by Zana. She was super kind and chatty. Very gentle. 10/10. What a superstar. Give that woman a raise!

However I haven’t always had the best experience - the reviews about inconsistencies in customer service and appointments getting cancelled if you show up a couple of minutes late are definitely true - hence my 4 stars. This time I want to put in a good word for some of the lovely staff members that I’ve encountered, especially Zana who was just in her first week at the clinic but had absolutely stellar manners and was very thorough, despite how busy the clinic can get with evening appointments. I also always have a great experience with a Latina lady whose name escapes me. I think most of the staff is very nice but they are under a lot of pressure. Show less »

Just love this place. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Been going for just over a year and just wonderful. I've been getting my treatments from Precious she is just amazing always helpful and friendly. She is very thorough and gets every single hair my skin never felt great and look better. Highly recommend

She explained each step, checked in with me constantly and created a calm and comfortable environment the entire time. Her reassuring energy made a huge difference and helped me relax when I thought I would not be able to. I truly felt safe, supported and respected throughout the whole experience.
